Tempest (Rolf Hurd)

Termites are a large group of bandits who have no code of honor or morality. They don't disdain to eat other people or make them their slaves. The hunt for survivors and understand only brute force. Uncle Ben runs everything.

In fact, this is artificial intelligence (R.E.A.C.H.) in the human body: Warren Marsh. He is quite tall, with long black hair pulled back in a ponytail and stubble. He hates the corporation with all his heart and soul and tries to keep the survivors away from the wall. On this basis, he often has conflicts with Rolf. He is very strict and sharp-tongued. In case of disobedience, he may even strike.

A wall separates Phoenix City from the rest of the world. It is carefully guarded by people from the corporation, so any trip to the wall can result in death and subsequent organ donation.

The shelter is located at the former train station. The people who fled Phoenix City stayed there in a mini-city and live a full life, though not the best. There are three people on the city council: the Matriarch, Ironwood, and Tempest.
