Animal Hospital is a large veterinary hospital located far from the city. From the outside, it appears modern and safe: clean corridors, polite staff, and state-of-the-art equipment. However, behind its walls, many secrets lurk.

At night, unusual patients are admitted to the hospital. Some animals behave strangely, change appearance, or appear where they shouldn't. Surveillance cameras sometimes capture things that staff can't explain. Some doctors claim to have seen creatures that resemble animals only in appearance.

Hospital management forbids staff from discussing strange occurrences. Documents on some patients disappear, and individual employees quit unexpectedly or disappear without a trace. Despite this, the hospital continues to operate as if nothing happened.

Most doctors try not to ask unnecessary questions. But the longer they work here, the more they begin to suspect that the hospital is connected to something far more dangerous than common animal diseases.
