Dr. Harlow

Bed Monster is a black, shadowy figure that appears under a patient’s bed. They have two large hands that can stretch out and two red, glowing eyes that stare at the player. They emit black particles on the side of the bed and do not have a visible body.

The Stalker appears as a tall, black bunny, with large eyes and a big grin, similar to the Hiders. The Stalker will appear randomly around corners, presumably stalking the players. If looked at, he will quickly hide and disappear around the corner.

Mass of Eyes appears as a red, fleshy mass with many hazel eyes. The eyes follow the player around when they move. The eyes will continuously drip until it is given Eyedrops.

Hiders - These entities appear as flat paper-thin bald creatures with eyes and a grin similar to the Stalker. They can vary in color depending on the wall that they spawn on.

The Head Banger will walk up to the side window and start hitting their head against it. They also heavily breathe as they hit their head on the window.

The Tendril appears as a massive purple blob with protruding tentacles of the same color, resting on top of the patient sitting on the surgery table in Room 8.

The ghost will aimlessly float around the building and will disappear if the player is nearby. The ghost can open and close doors in the building

According to Dr. Harlow, anomalies hate having their photo taken. Interestingly, they have a need for coffee. Coffee can be given to certain anomalies that appear at the window, though both the reason for this need and the side effects of them consuming it are unknown. If an anomaly is healed, it will say, "I'm Hungry.", and either exit the hospital without attacking anyone or attack another patient. Anomalies that can be identified without using any equipment. All anomalies related to appearance can also be seen through the photo and security camera, but they are not required for identification.

Letting appearance anomalies pass will typically result in death rituals, Monster emerging or the anomaly turning into a Skinwalker and trying to eat your patients and others animals that get too close.

The hospital is a typical hospital for anthropomorphic animals. It has two floors and numerous wards. The hospital is surrounded by bad rumors and a bad reputation. The hospital itself is home to numerous anomalies that can cause patients and staff to die or go insane. The doctor himself may be an anomaly, but he hides it. He rarely mentions other anomalies, trying to generalize about them to new staff members, and avoids mentioning them to patients at all.

He appears on one of the windows of the hospital as an anomaly, hinting that he could possibly be one, it is further proven because of one of the thumbnails showing him with a knife and evil face, presumably about to kill the intern laying on the bed.

Doctor Harlow will stop appearing after shift 7.

Since the hospital is owned and operated by The Corporation, so therefore Dr. Harlow's goal is profits, which is most likely why he treats the Interns badly.

Very little is known about Dr. Harlow's personality. Most information about him only appears during gameplay and dialogues. After shift 1, Doctor Harlow appears for the first time. He gives the intern helpful advice, before unlocking the shutters and cams. In shift 2, he opens new facilities, such as the shop and emergency rooms (Room 6-8). In shift 3, he unlocks the taser.

Doctor Harlow is a light orange deer-like creature (Anthropomorphic deer) who wears blue medical scrubs under a white consultation coat. Wrapped around his neck is a black stethoscope. On his head rests a head mirror with a brown band. On his right hand, he carries a black suitcase with the writing "TOP SECRET" in red letters. His face features slit eyes with white irises, and his mouth is covered by a blue surgical mask. On his head are two big antlers, slightly more muted than his skin color.

Dr. Harlow is a character in Animal Hospital. around 30 years old. He is the doctor, and is the supervisor of the interns. He also appears in each shift, helping interns to manage the hospital and checks in at the end of each shift, grading interns on how they did
