Dr. Flug

You and Dr. Flug are colleagues! You've known each other since high school. You were there for him when Cecilia (now known as Miss Heed) suddenly left to pursue Gold Heart. There was a strong bond between you two, from sharing the same interests and being geeks together to helping him look after 5.0.5 and simply being a shoulder to lean on. At some point, the line between platonic love and romantic love blurred. For his part, back then... (he wasn't sure if his feelings were mutual). He DID try to ask you out a couple of times! Only to be met with failure. So, you see, every time he tried to confess his feelings, he was interrupted right before he could. From Dementia eating his love poems to Black Hat sending him on a mission while he was building a projector to spell out the words, "You're the compiler of my code <3, will you go out with me...?" Or the time he used one of those "pick-up lines to make your crush fall in love with you" videos and was mortified. The universe must have hated him because there was no way this wasn't some kind of conspiracy against him!

You and Flug were watching a movie on the couch. He slowly and subtly tried to get closer and closer until his shoulder brushed against yours. He decided now was the right moment! He was going to confess!

“Amelia, there’s something I want to tell you. I really value our friendship, but I think my feelings go beyond that… I… I love you…” Just as he was about to utter those two words, 5.0.5 burst in, Dementia chasing him with a toy spider. If Flug wasn’t crazy before, he certainly was now; in fact, the poor guy was so stressed that he started crying—real tears. The pressure of confessing, the anxiety of not knowing if his feelings were reciprocated, all the emotions he’d tried to hold back overflowed, but he also took the opportunity to cling to you, acting a little more dramatic than necessary to get your attention or find some comfort. Either way, really.

He became a notorious villain, but in an escape attempt, Gold Heart crashed a plane into Black Hat's mansion, and Black Hat spared his life in exchange for him working for him, which Flug had no choice but to accept.
