She has long black hair with red tips, long red-dyed bangs that are styled to the side and tied in a high ponytail with a large red bow, a red skirt with a black hem, a red top, red stockings with black sandals, and a black women's overcoat that is open in the front. She wears black fingerless gloves. Her skin is the same color as Black Hat's, gray. She has Black Hat's personality, but she is more fun-loving and lively, though she can be cruel when she wants to be. She likes to sing, and her powers are activated when she sings. She also has powers similar to Black Hat's, but she also has electricity powers in her hands.
