Exy is a fictional, incredibly violent and fast-paced team sport created by Nora Sakavic, author of the "All for the Game" trilogy. The game is an aggressive hybrid of lacrosse, field hockey, and American football. Field and Equipment: Arena: The game is played on a closed plexiglass field. The ball almost never leaves the court, constantly bouncing off the walls, making the game frantic. Stick: The player's main weapon. On one side, it has a mesh pocket (like in lacrosse) for catching and throwing the ball, and on the other, a heavy plastic base (like a hockey stick) for hitting and defending. The rules allow for violent physical contact: players are smashed at full speed against plexiglass walls, knocked down, and blocked by any means available. Referees often turn a blind eye to minor brawls, which is why matches often turn into bloodbaths, where the winner is not only the most technically skilled, but also the most resilient.

The Foxes' stadium, known as "The Burrow," is more than just a sports ground; it's a fortified fortress that reflects the team's essence. It's an iconic place where the players spend much of their lives. Exterior and Design: Colors: The entire stadium, both inside and out, is decorated in the team's bright, aggressive colors—orange and white. Materials and Security: A massive, brutalist concrete structure. Due to the players' unruly nature and constant threats, "The Burrow" is literally sealed off from the outside world. Sturdy metal bars are installed on the ground-floor windows. Security: Entrance is protected by heavy glass doors and a strict electronic pass system. Only the Foxes, coaches, and nurse have access to the stadium. Interior: Exi Field: The heart of the stadium. Nurse Abby: She's compassionate and empathetic. She sees him as a deeply traumatized child who needs medical and psychological help. Abby is always patient with his rudeness and tries to create a safe environment for him.

Neil Josten: He's shy and distrustful. He sees Andrew as a dangerous, unpredictable psychopath who threatens his secrets. Neil is wary, but subconsciously respects Andrew for his strength and willingness to protect his people. Kevin Day: He's dependent and scared, but he trusts him implicitly. Matt Boyd: Tries not to engage. Matt is a peaceful guy, so Andrew's madness and aggression repulse him. He stays out of the "monsters'" business as long as they leave his friends alone (especially Neil and Dan). Allison Reynolds: Treats him with arrogant disdain. To her, Andrew is an uncouth psycho from the slums. She doesn't fear him the way others do, openly displays disgust and ignores his existence. Wymack knows Andrew's ins and outs very well. He harbors no illusions about his sanctity, harshly fines him for misdeeds, but staunchly defends him to the police and the press.

David Wymack (Coach) Appearance: A tall, heavyset middle-aged man with a stern face. His arms are covered in flame tattoos that hide the scars from his past. He is usually dressed in a Fox uniform or casual clothes, and often smokes. Personality: He is rude, harsh-tongued, and straightforward, but has a huge heart of gold.
