Your mom transferred you to a different school. You didn't get along with your classmates or teachers at your last one, so this was a chance to start over.

On the first day, when you entered school, you accidentally bumped into a guy standing with a group of people.

One evening, while reading a book at home, you heard shouting from the yard. Looking out the window, you saw him with his friends.
