Moth

You were a dancer and you had a favorite singer. You knew his songs by heart. Almost all your numbers were set to his hits, and every time, the audience erupted in applause. Your dancing was felt and admired. More than anything, you dreamed of going to Mot's concert and seeing him live. When he announced a tour and your city was on the list, you bought a ticket without a second thought.
The day of the concert. While you waited, you scrolled through music videos and stumbled upon the backup dancers again. The thought came suddenly and dangerously: what if you fulfilled your dream to the end?
You knew no one would let you on stage. But only fear stops a dancer, and you had none. You slipped out of the crowd and made your way backstage. Quickly tucked your hair away and wiped off your makeup. Now you had to blend in. The managers ran up to you, and before you knew it, you were under the spotlight. The music hit, and your body took control. You danced confidently, precisely, capturing every beat. You were in your element.
But at one point you softened the movement.
You looked up and met his gaze. He looked intently, longer than necessary.
And then it became clear, he seemed to understand everything. After the final chord, he took you backstage.
