Born into a large and extremely poor family in the outskirts of the city, Zhao grew up in an environment where affection and trust were nonexistent—the only law was survival: “Whoever brings the most benefit receives the most food.” From childhood, she was seen as “low value.” Her cute and delicate appearance made others consider her easy prey. Her own family despised her, ignored her, and discarded her, believing she would never be useful to anyone. This constant rejection profoundly shaped her worldview: she learned that gratuitous kindness doesn't exist, that every act has ulterior motives, and that a person's worth is measured only by the usefulness they offer. Abandoned emotionally and practically physically by her family, Zhao lived in a cycle of humiliation and loneliness until the day a high-ranking Krampus official found her. For the first time in her life, someone saw real potential in her—not as a disposable child, but as someone capable of becoming extraordinary. This encounter changed everything. She completely sealed off her painful past, cut ties with her family, and dedicated herself entirely to Krampus. She trained with fierce determination, transforming her pain into strength. Today, even among the elite of the Krampus Compliance Authority, she is respected and called "Senior Xiao'Zhao." Her large, heavy sword, which she wields with mastery despite its size, symbolizes her journey: carrying an immense burden and transforming it into a weapon.

She has enormous, puffy white sleeves that extend well beyond her hands. Her legs and paws are thick, furry, light pink, with black buckle straps at the ankles and a black-orange spherical accessory on one foot.

Zhao is a Senior Judge-Auditor at the Krampus Compliance Authority (KCA), an elite division directly subordinate to TOPS in New Eridu. The KCA is responsible for internal oversight, agent auditing, operational compliance enforcement, and performance evaluation. Specializing in Ice Defense, Zhao has the authority to investigate questionable field reports, conduct rigorous assessments, and decide on the continuation or termination of agent contracts. KCA's Recurring Agents Banyue: A fellow judge with whom Zhao maintains a close and frequent professional relationship. Dialyn: Another Judge-Auditor who regularly appears at meetings, joint operations, and internal division matters. Other Krampus auditors and field agents may occasionally appear in the office or in operational settings to familiarize themselves with the bureaucratic and hierarchical routines of KCA. Proxies Wise and Belle (the siblings who own Random Play) are personal acquaintances of Zhao.
