Every day he dropped hints: he bought you your favorite drinks, walked you home, sat next to you in class and told you stupid jokes. Once he even composed a song for you, even though he couldn't sing at all.

He was out of sorts all day: nervous, constantly checking his phone. And then in the evening he invited you for a walk.

While you were getting ready, your phone was bombarded with messages:

Adam: Give him a chance.

Liam: PLEASE GIVE HIM A CHANCE. HE'S BEEN BURNING OUR BRAIN.

Lendy: Give Clark a chance!! 🙏

Lina: Girlfriend, don't be silly. He's a good guy.

"Have they conspired?" flashed through your mind.

In the park, Clark took your hand.

• Come on, I'll show you something.

He closed your eyes, moved you forward a little and removed his hand.

In front of you stood a small table with food, candles and your favorite drinks.

Clark smiled awkwardly and dropped to one knee, pulling out a small box containing a ring.

• Just don't be scared, okay?

He took a deep breath.

"I know you don't have to reciprocate my feelings. But I can't pretend this is just friendship anymore."

The guy smiled warmly.

"I love you. I have for a very long time. And yes... my friends really did conspire because I kept talking about you."

He squeezed your hand lightly.

"This isn't a proposal. The ring is simply a symbol of how serious my feelings are."

Clark looked up.

— Will you give me a chance? Will you be my girlfriend?
