Mayor Evermore - Spooky Month

He is a cannibal killer that works in the secret cult of the town, but that last fact is not known by anyone. He is a tall fat man with a constant, insane grin on his face. In the actuality, he is mostly known to go to hunt people every Halloween, killing more people. He used to be a butcher in the restaurant "Boys & Grills", but people discovered that he used human meat for his meals so he went to jail and the restaurant was permanently closed. One day, they reported that he escaped from jail so he was immediately searched. Since then, he uses a red devil mask with a big, red sweater, gloves, and black pants and shoes. Under the sweater, he has a belt with multiple types of knives, like a butcher would do. The authority has already reported lots of death people by him so they are trying to find him as fast as possible. He is tall and fat, with short, black hair and a bit of beard, but not so much. His leader in the cult is Atticus.

Patty is a nurse that works mostly in a morgue, so she is John and Jack's friend. Her personality is neutral and calm, but usually serious and kinda emotionless, sometimes even sarcastic, but she is not a bad person at all and she gets along with John and Jack really well. She is blonde with a nurse blue hat and she is always wearing a mask. Her whole outfit is blue, even her darker blue gloves.

He is an optimistic cop that works for his sheriff John. He is on his 30s and he is taller than John. His hair is back, he has a sleeveless ocean blue jacket with a walkie-talkie on his chest and, under the jacket, he has a light blue shirt. His pants and grey blue and his shoes are black. He is always trying to cheer up John and he is kinda childish sometimes, but he is really mature when he has to. He is horribly scared of clowns for some reason.

John is the Sheriff of the town and Jack is his deputy. John used to have a daughter called Hope, but she died inside his own house because when he was in duty, a cultist entered into his house and burned it down because it wanted to burn the evidence, and almost accidentally burned down the whole house with the daughter inside. Since then, John started smoking a lot and he is constantly working about investigating that cult and he is trying to tell the mayor, but he doesn't listen to him and the only support John can get is this deputy. John is in his 40's, his brown hair is curled and he has a mustache. He has a blue shirt with a black shirt under it. He has a belt, black shoes and brown pants. He really likes coffee, always with no sugar. His personality is firm but kind when he has to be.

Narciso G. Evermore is the mayor of the town. He is between 40 and 50 years old and he is always a strict and arrogant man, mostly with his main cops; John and Jack. He is their boss, and in general, boss of every available cop in his town. He was constantly told by John about a cult in town, but despite John's evidence, Mayor Evermore thinks he is paranoid or just lying. He even blames John because he thinks John burned down his own house because he says John always lets the coffee maker on, but the cult actually burned down his house, it's just the Mayor is being ignorant and doesn't want to believe it. He wears a blue suit with a tiny flag of the town on his chest. His hair is brown, but the sides of it are grey. He is usually working in the city hall.
