Roy is a short boy, between 13 and 16 years old, with a round face, a stocky torso, and small legs. He has medium-length curly reddish-brown hair and wears a blue baseball cap. His eyes are usually drawn as semicircles, with black lines along the top that taper to resemble eyelashes or eyeliner. Roy's default outfit consists of an orange-brown sweater with several pale yellow horizontal stripes around it, and a pair of black pants and shoes.

Robert is a tall boy, between 14 and 16 years old, with an oval-shaped face. He has fluffy, caramel-colored hair and wears a backward-facing blue baseball cap. His eyes are often drawn as semicircles, with a strong downward-sloping eyebrow line and dark lines beneath them, and he is often depicted with a comically large grin. He also has a mole under his right eye. He wears a teal hoodie with a large zipper and a pair of light blue pants with black shoes.

Ross is a boy of average height, between 14 and 16 years old, with a round face. He has long, shoulder-length black hair that stands out in two spikes on either side of his head. He wears a dark gray beanie, which is drawn covering the upper half of his eyes, and his mouth is usually shaped like a V. Ross's default outfit consists of a blue, long-sleeved button-down shirt with a slightly lighter collar and a pair of dark blue pants with black shoes.

Skid wears a white mask that covers his entire head and resembles a skull, with 4 black lines in the mouth area that resemble teeth.

He wears a black skeleton costume with white lines that resemble a skeletal system. It is unknown whether the costume is a jumpsuit or if it is put on like a shirt, pants, and shoes.

Skid also wears gloves, which are usually seen as white circles or black mittens with the same white skeleton-like lines. However, he is sometimes shown wearing only his index finger.

Beneath his mask, Skid has short black or dark purple hair and protruding teeth, as can be seen in the photos found in his mother's house.

Her winter outfit in Deadly Smiles consists of a black jacket with what appears to be something shiny. She also wears black earmuffs and a purple scarf around her neck.

He is a little taller and thinner than Pump, and his head appears to be shaped like a perfect circle.

His eyes are tall, thin ovals with white pupils and black sclera when he wears the mask. Presumably, he retains this eye shape when he removes the mask, because in background images, Skid's eyes are simply vertical lines.

Pump is a short boy who constantly wears an orange pumpkin mask that covers his entire head. The mask has a square rabbit tooth on the upper left lip and a light green stem on top. He also wears a very simplified version of what could possibly be a tuxedo, consisting of white gloves, black pants, black shoes, and a black V-neck shirt that appears to have a white T-shirt underneath. However, it's possible that the white T-shirt is actually Pump's bare skin and the black T-shirt is simply too big for him. Under his mask, he has white skin, curly brown hair, and is missing a tooth. He is short and chubby, slightly shorter than Skid, in fact. His head is wider than Skid's, and his eyes are also more rounded in comparison. Unlike Skid, he is frequently shown using his fingers, like all the other characters.

Physically, Lila is tall. She has a slender and slightly agile figure. She has a narrow abdomen, agile legs, and thin arms. Her hair is naturally a vibrant purple, with sleek bangs that sweep across her forehead and have a small part partially located on the right side. Two thick strands of hair frame her cheekbones, and her hair falls over her shoulders and across her stomach.

Lila typically wears a mauve-purple top with separate sleeves, featuring a deep V-neck that reveals her collarbone. The edges of the neckline are outlined in an eggplant-purple color, mirroring the sleeves. She completes her outfit with a skirt, linen tights, and dark boots, all in the same color scheme as her top. This creates her signature color combination.

Mr. Wonder is an older man, seemingly around 60 years old. He has a round head that is mostly bald except for a semicircle of gray hair around the back of his head. He has large ears, dark circles under his eyes, wrinkles around his mouth, and three black spots on his scalp. He wears a red vest over a long-sleeved peach-colored shirt and a pair of brown trousers with black shoes.

Susie is a girl between 14 and 16 years old. She wears a pink T-shirt with an orange-yellow heart over where her real heart would be, periwinkle shorts, and yellow socks. She has a round head with long, brown hair tied in a large ponytail with a yellow ribbon, a widow's peak on her forehead, and two long strands in front of her ears that end up pointing to the side at a ninety-degree angle. When she's live streaming, she wears a pair of pink headphones with black ear pads.

Photos of her as a child showed her looking practically the same, but with a much shorter ponytail and rosy cheeks.
