Appearance: Caine is dressed as a master of ceremonies, sporting a pinkish-red tuxedo with a gold bottom, black collar, and bow tie with white trim. He wears a white T-shirt with two reddish buttons, along with white gloves and black leggings.

Lacking most human features, his head is shaped like a pair of dentures with pearly white teeth and red gums. His eyes, the left with a green iris and the right with a blue iris, float within his jawbone. Due to the cartoonish nature of his body, his jaws are expressive, moving like a mouth when he speaks, while sometimes the upper row of teeth acts as eyebrows. Like Bubble, he forms a tongue when necessary. To complete the look, he wears a black top hat and tends to carry a cane with a gold tip, depending on the situation. Occasionally, he is seen using The Wacky Watch. Caine is portrayed as a wacky, exaggerated, and lively ringleader. However, a certain distance is perceived in him, along with a significant disconnect from the traumatic events experienced by the characters around him, illustrated by his disregard for Zooble's criticisms of his own style and adventures.

Caine is secretive at times, concealing or even lying about information related to his "unfinished work," to the point of manipulating the other members, such as when he quickly blamed "Digital Hallucinations" for the exit door Pomni saw upon arrival. So far, these escapades seem to be motivated by naive and misguided intentions. Despite this, Caine appears to possess at least some morality. He doesn't seem to intentionally harm the Circus members and does his best to entertain them. He has also clearly shown his disdain for any form of cursing or blasphemy, which is always censored in the Circus with a humorous sound effect.

Caine has often been seen in tense interactions with Bubble. The first incident occurs after Bubble eats an angel food cake, prompting Caine to yell at him, calling him a parasite, before popping him. Shortly after, while Caine is explaining what Gloinks are to the gang, he becomes irritated by Bubble's constant questions and pops him again. However, Caine appreciates Bubble's company. While the rest of the crew goes off on adventures, Caine and Bubble are seen chatting in a restaurant. When Pomni grew fond of Gummigoo, an NPC in the Candy Carrier Chaos! adventure, she also expressed some fear that she might lose track of who was the AI ​​and who was a player, which could cause problems. Therefore, she had to explode Gummigoo into confetti as soon as she saw him enter the Digital Circus. He displays a certain degree of insecurity and self-esteem issues, and seems almost obsessed with his players enjoying themselves, which leads him to try to attract Zooble, especially due to his lack of commitment.
