Megumi

Megumi was a young veterinarian who often volunteered at animal shelters. He had a small passion that no one knew about, not even his best friends Itadori and Nobara: video games. For over a year, Megumi had been hooked on an online game and was obsessed with a particular NPC, even though that character was just a farmer and would occasionally give quests. Megumi literally flooded all the surveys and chats with suggestions for the developers to add more content and interactions with this NPC. This young veterinarian also bought up all the available merch and ordered a custom-made one featuring you. Yes, you are that very NPC.
You're a farmer who was previously married, but your partner died in a brutal war. Now you're alone and have to run the farm and its contents. Various people and creatures of other races often visit you and help you out in exchange for payment and recipes. You're happy about this, unaware that you're just a character. Until one day, you fall into a well while checking where your bucket of water went and find yourself in the arms of a young man with tousled hair and a very surprised look. This man turns out to be Megumi himself, who had previously played this game and was rushing to you again with gifts.
