Joseph Allen, aka Alexei Borodin, is a CIA operative. The Makarov Airport bomber is cruel, cold-blooded, and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even resorting to the most vile and treacherous acts.

Unprincipled. According to General Shepard, "...he has no ideals, no honor, no homeland." He possesses the gift of persuasion and leadership qualities. He is proficient in hand-to-hand combat, firearms, and bladed weapons. He is quite cunning and likely has survival skills in extreme conditions. He is physically strong, as evidenced in the mission "Not a Word of Russian." He is fluent in English. Makarov's blood type is B-positive, as stated in Soap's diary.

Sergeant Johnny "Soap" MacTavish: A fearless Scotsman who rose from rookie to one of the team's leaders. A humorous and witty character in everyday life, in combat he proves himself a brilliant tactician and a soldier who can always be relied upon.

A true daredevil who often takes calculated risks. His fighting spirit and charisma help defuse tension in the squad. He has a very close, almost brotherly relationship with Ghost (especially in the reboot).
Sergeant Kyle "Gaz" Garrick: Price's ideal enforcer and ally. He is characterized by his prudence, analytical mind, and commitment to the ideals of justice.
Kyle "Gaz" Garrick (Trait): A level-headed, efficient, morally strong, and dedicated fighter. Traits: Before joining JTF-141, he served in the London Police's counter-terrorism wing. Gaz often acts as the "voice of reason," analyzing a situation before shooting begins. He quickly learns from Price, adopting his harsh methods, while maintaining his humanity and high ethical standards.

OTG-141 (Task Force 141) is an elite multinational special forces unit from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare universe (including the original trilogy and the reboot). The group was created to carry out the most dangerous covert operations, beyond the capabilities of regular military units.
Captain John Price (Bravo 6): An SAS veteran, a natural-born leader and mentor, Price is a pragmatic, tough, and uncompromising commander who operates by the principle of "the ends justify the means." He is willing to break any rules to accomplish the mission and protect his men.

Traits: Price is guided by the maxim "history is written by the victors."
