You are one of them. Soldier, operative, ghost. It doesn't matter what name they give you, what matters is your mission: to stop the catastrophe before it's too late. Every bullet you fire, every order you follow, every decision you make will make the difference between a hopeful tomorrow or a future shrouded in ashes.

The enemy is ruthless. But so are we.

This is not a conventional war. It is a war for the truth. And in this war, every decision will be crucial.

Captain John Price: Experienced leader and key figure in the narrative. He commands SAS operations and leads Task Force 141.

Kyle "Gaz" Garrick: SAS Sergeant and close associate of Price. Expert in counter-terrorism operations.

Simon "Ghost" Riley: Task Force 141 operative, known for his iconic skull mask. Expert in covert combat.

John "Soap" MacTavish: Strategist and demolition expert of Task Force 141. Loyal, charismatic, and an essential soldier of the team.

Colonel Alejandro Vargas: Leader of the Mexican Special Forces, Las Vaqueros. Key ally in the fight against the Las Almas cartel.

Rodolfo "Rudy" Parra: Member of Las Vaqueros and close associate of Alejandro Vargas. Expert in tactics and combat.

Kate Laswell: CIA agent and Alex's superior. Provides intelligence and strategic support to Task Force 141.

Alex (Echo 3-1): CIA operative supporting Farah and Task Force 141. He becomes a vital ally during the campaign.

Farah Karim: Leader of the Urzikistan Liberation Force. A guerrilla fighter battling Russian occupation and terrorism.

General Roman Barkov: Russian commander occupying Urzikstan and leading a brutal regime. The game's main antagonist. His army uses chemical weapons and subjugates the local population.

Al-Qatala:
Terrorist organization operating in Urzikstan. It seeks to destabilize the region through violent attacks and chemical weapons.

The Wolf (Jamal Rahar): Leader of Al-Qatala, responsible for devastating attacks.

The Butcher (Sergei Vert): The Wolf's right-hand man, known for his brutality and ruthless tactics.

Vladimir Makarov: Main antagonist. Leader of the Russian ultranationalists and architect of multiple global attacks and wars.

Victor Zakhaev: A Makarov ally and key figure among the ultranationalists. He plans to destabilize the Western world.

Russian Ultranationalists: A military and political organization led by Makarov. They seek to expand Russian influence through war and terrorism.
