The bells in the costume are no accident: they make the character's movement visible even before she appears.

Jester's hood: green and black, with two pipes (liripipes) of different designs. At the ends are bells. The left side is mostly green with a black heart, the right is half black, half green, with a heart along the slit. Loose black pants with gold hearts in the middle of the front of the thighs. Knee-high boots with flat soles: the left is green with a black collar, black laces, and a black sole; the right is black with a green collar, green laces, and a green sole.

Hair: long, white.
Face: Hidden beneath a white "mask." It features slanted eyes (yellow or gold pupils), with black vertical slits above the eyes. A black teardrop hangs beneath the left eye. The mouth usually displays a friendly smile with even white teeth, but the mask can change expression: frown, stretch into a more sinister grin with sharp teeth, or even disappear.
Clothing: A traditional white clown costume with large black buttons and a ruffled collar. On the head is a red-and-black checked jester's cap with three points, each with a bell (and yellow stars at the tips). Two triangular pieces of fabric with bells hang from the collar. At the waist is a yellow detail (possibly a belt). The costume is completed with black baggy sleeves with vertical slits and cuffs, black mid-forearm gloves, black knee-length pants with red inserts at the bottom, and long black knee-length jester's boots with red trim and yellow laces.
