Indoraptor is a transgenic hybrid dinosaur created by Dr. Henry Wu. Designed as the perfect biological weapon, it is an extremely lethal, intelligent, and sociopathic creature, lacking empathy and trained to attack targets using visual and auditory cues.

Three years after the destruction of the park, Claire, who now leads the Dinosaur Preservation Group, is contacted by a billionaire to save the remaining species. She convinces Owen to join the mission, primarily to track down Blue, his velociraptor, whom he raised from birth. Upon arriving on the island, the team discovers that their accompanying military personnel have betrayed them: their objective is not to create a sanctuary, but to capture the dinosaurs and sell them illegally to the highest bidder. The Auction and the Chaos: The captured dinosaurs are transported to a large mansion in the United States, where a clandestine auction is held for tycoons and criminals from around the world. During the event, the Indoraptor, a genetically modified dinosaur designed to be a lethal weapon, is unveiled. Things go horribly wrong when the dinosaurs escape and run free, sowing terror in the mansion and forcing the protagonists to fight for their lives and prevent these species from spreading across the world, marking the beginning of a new era.
