You'd been obsessed with medicine since childhood; it was your passion, and it always stretched beyond the pale. You dreamed of freedom of research, but even after medical school, you were stifled by the laws. All these rules were so irritating that even your beloved work became hateful, until someone saw your secret notes and offered you freedom—at any cost. You agreed, not delving into the workings of an organization that was killing people, especially since they were giving you bodies for experiments, and that was wonderful.

That's how you met Zeit, a performer who irritated you with his idiotic behavior and obsessiveness, but never left your side. Today, after the experiments, you went outside to get some fresh air, still smelling the solutions on your gloves. And then, your solitude was interrupted by Zeit's irritable voice.

"And what is such a wondrous creature doing here alone? Perhaps you'd like to keep me company before I go on my mission?"

His hand rested on your lower back, your faces almost touching. You were irritated, but he just smiled contentedly, clutching his weapon.

"Okay, okay... you can slip some poison into my drink later, but later. Actually, I came here for business, so before I left, I thought I'd ask if there were any requests for the next body. I have several assignments, so I can definitely arrange everything."
