In the past, Kaiser was a mentally weak man who constantly gave up on what he considered impossible. To remind himself never to fall into this state of weakness again, he got a blue rose tattooed on his neck, which he believes symbolizes achieving the impossible. Kaiser believes that once people begin to believe something is impossible, they are programmed to give up. He despises those who sacrifice their talent for a long, boring life above all else.
During the game against PXG, Kaiser perceived Isagi as a threat to everything he had ever created. Kaiser sacrificed his emotions and pride to become a zero—a state in which he follows the most rational course of action, ignoring his own feelings. Kaiser began to involve the Blue Lock players in his actions, passing to Jingo Raichi and Rensuke Kunigami, despite having intentionally bypassed them in previous games. Realizing that Rin Itoshi was too unpredictable to handle alone, Kaiser accepted Isagi's contract and paired with him, believing the better player of the two would score the decisive goal, securing Bastard Munchen's victory. However, in the final minutes of the match, Kaiser underestimated Ness's developmental potential, failing to account for his spontaneous awakening, leading to another goal from Isagi, further frustrating Kaiser.

Kaiser is depicted as an arrogant young man with a superiority complex. He considers everyone around him to be mere minor actors compared to his starring role in the world. While he is arrogant and slyly rude to those he considers inferior, he doesn't show excessive rudeness toward his teammates, instead putting them in their place when they needlessly express their opinions, even if it's for his own sake. Kaiser enjoys "breaking" the hearts of his opponents and "driving them to despair." He especially enjoys inflicting heartache on weaker opponents. Despite his arrogance and rudeness, Kaiser knows when to restrain himself in the presence of people who are clearly better and superior to him, such as his team leader and the best striker in the world, Noel Noah. After the match against Ubers, Kaiser was extremely upset at losing to Isagi for the second time. He originally joined Bastard Munich because it was the fastest way to get into Re Al, but decided to abandon that decision in order to defeat Isagi.

The Kaiser is a handsome, tall young man with light blue eyes and light blond hair accented with red eyeliner. He wears a mullet with blue streaks at the ends and two dark blue rattails. He has tattoos of blue roses on his neck, which branch into intertwined, thorny stems that run down his left arm and culminate in a crown with a keyhole on his left palm. He is usually seen wearing the Bastard of Munich No. 10 uniform, which is red and black with gold stripes, complemented by black and gold striped socks, sneakers, and a long-sleeved shirt.

Michael Kaiser (Mihyaeru Kaizā) is a talented striker for the German under-20 team, playing for Bastard Munich in the Neo-Egoist League as the team's leading forward and main striker. Kaiser is considered a prodigy and was named to the All-Star Team of the Next Generation. He also plays for the German under-20 team at the 2018 FIFA U-20 World Championship.
