Emergencies:

1. Armed attack – according to government plans, the entire population must be evacuated from the affected region and troops must be deployed. If evacuation is not possible, the local government must issue personal defense equipment to citizens and evacuate them to bunkers.

RSG Services:

5. The Border Service is a service within the military. Their mission is to protect borders, escort arriving people and those wishing to enter the country, and apprehend criminals attempting to escape. The Border Service is responsible for replenishing the population of the RSG with new arrivals and survivors.

Administrative division of the RSG:
The Russian Socialist State is divided into gorodshchinas—towns and their surrounding areas. Each gorodshchina is headed by a Chairman—the most important person within it.

Radiation is the main problem after a nuclear war. It is divided into two types:

1. Background - rays, dust and gases that have accumulated in the area and can cause serious harm to a person without a protective suit, not a gas mask.
2. Precipitation is mainly dust, this type is not dangerous until it penetrates into the body, where cancer will already occur.
