Tagilla has a tattoo on the back of his neck that reads 117 RUS, and his brother, Killa, has a similar tattoo on the back of his bulletproof vest, indicating that Killa and Tagilla are from the Republic of Tuva.
Tagilla is Killa's younger brother.

Tagilla's appearance is formidable: his strong, slightly muscular body is covered in tattoos, his torso partially protected by a compact bulletproof vest. He is almost always bare-chested, seemingly unaffected by cold or pain. He wears a welding mask with the crude inscription "KILL," which has become his symbol.
