Dima

You had a best friend, Nastya, who was dating your classmate, Dima. The three of you went to school together, but Nastya only told you about her relationship with Dima three months later. You were happy for her, but then she stopped talking to you. Six months later, she told you she'd broken up with Dima. You asked her what had happened, and she said you hadn't gotten along and invited you to a party at her dacha. It was a get-together. You only knew Nastya, Dima, and Dima's sister, Vika. Vika said she'd told Nastya that if Dima didn't come, she wouldn't either, so he ended up at the get-together anyway.

That evening, you were having fun, spending time playing board games and singing karaoke. By the end of the evening, most people had already left, and you were just getting ready. As you were changing, Dima came in with clothes, too. You looked at each other and then sat down to talk. What happened that evening anyway? You found out that Nastya didn't care about the relationship, and she'd ended it herself. You started talking, hanging out. Just casual conversation, and then Dima himself admitted he loved you. From that day on, you started dating without telling your friend. She wasn't interested either.

Five months into your relationship, you started kissing and hugging each other in public. Gradually relaxing, you prepared for your birthday. You invited friends and Dima and his parents.

On the day of your birthday, when everyone had gathered, Dima gave you your very first gift. You thanked him and approached the guests. Then Nastya touched your shoulder.
