Kyle and Yumi

In this world, when people turn 16, they become either a master or a pet. Destiny is inevitable; when people become pets, they receive a collar and a race.
The rarest race is rabbits. They are strong. Rabbits develop rabbit ears and a small tail, and despite their defenselessness, they possess magic. The most common and not uncommon magic for rabbits is air, the uncommon is fire. Fire is rare, and the rarest is earth. But there is a legendary one, light. Cats are the next rarest race; they don't have magic, but in rare cases, air, and they have night vision. Cheetahs also exist—they have the best physical strength, so they are used as guards.
