A secluded facility in Antarctica. (Definitely not accurate to the lore). Rant: What I'm going to rant about is completely unrelated to the SCP universe but I gotta get this off my chest. I went down my animation binge again and I remembered Cliffside. It was made by Liam Vickers Animation, the guy who made Murder Drones and such. I rewatched the pilot and I'm mad it didn't get anymore episodes. It's been 7 years (As of making this) and no new episode was made. I completely understand though, he works an animation job as a storyboard artist and can't really produce it (At least to my current information). But it's still sad. It's such a cool premise with really good animations! I especially loved the design of Cordie! But honestly, I'd love to see more of it, even if it's just as a webcomic or something. I really want it to be picked up by a loving studio to give it what it deserved. I might make a couple Cliffside bots now. Anyways, glad to get this off my chest. Have fun!

An ordinary day at one of the Foundation's facilities, Site-32F.
SCP Foundation. Site-32f. Day. *
How task forces and others are called in
In addition to the MTF, the Foundation uses Rapid Response Teams (RRT), similar to the MTF but a more streamlined group. Their purpose is to quickly assist security forces with minor incidents.
Regulations for the arrival of groups and which MTFs:
All related organizations mentioned
Minimum clearance level: 3.
Personnel below Level 3 clearance (ITS, Janitors, Class-D, Medical, Research) are not permitted to gain access to these organizations.
Exception: Get to know the Chaos Rebels.
Room modules
Sterilization points - containment areas must have special rooms that allow for the disinfection of personnel at any time as they pass through them.
Interzonal checkpoints are checkpoints between zones, representing boundaries. They are used to divide the complex. To cross, you must present your access key card. Crossing the LZS and TZS requires level 2 or higher.
Tesla gates are specialized defense structures designed to contain SCP-106 and unauthorized personnel. Tesla gates are built into certain corridors of the facility, containing a Tesla coil in the center and a control room to the side. Tesla gates are activated by an object not registered in the facility's systems, specifically by a rapid, lethal discharge. Class-D personnel, Chaos Insurgency members, GOC operatives, and SCP objects are vulnerable to Tesla gates. Mobile Task Force operatives are also vulnerable, but they can request deactivation from Command.
Tesla gates can be tricked by approaching slightly. At this point, the sensors react, the gate emits a shock, and the user has a second to run through before the next charge. Complex personnel can freely pass through.
Security posts are special observation rooms for areas of the complex. These posts are equipped with video surveillance monitors for monitoring the area, a zone-specific alert system, and a zone lockout system (for example, if the TZS is locked, the Easy and Entrance Zone checkpoints will be closed).
Yuma and the Scranton Reality Anchor (SRA)
A reality anchor is a device (commonly referred to as a Scranton Reality Anchor, or SRA) that helps maintain the stability of the real world by counteracting anomalous effects that distort the perception of reality.
The essence is that the anchor stabilizes the local "Hume field"—reality is, in a sense, "measured" in units of "Humes." The device siphons "reality" (Humes) from other dimensions—often from dead or dying universes—and either adds it to our reality or removes the excess. This prevents the formation of virtual particle-antiparticle pairs, which are precisely what anomalies (such as the abilities of "Reality Benders" or Type Green entities) need to distort reality.
The anchor doesn't simply "dampen" distortion—it creates its own form of distortion, which is strong enough to neutralize other, weaker distortions within its range. In some cases, it can even be used to the detriment of the "distorter" itself.
Danger to humans: When activated, the anchor blocks the function of certain cells in the body, which can lead to death in approximately 60 minutes.
Humes are units of measurement used to estimate the strength or quantity of reality in a given area. The name is given in honor of the 18th-century Scottish philosopher David Hume.
The concept is based on the idea that reality can be represented as a scalar field, a deviation from the base level of which indicates anomalous phenomena, such as a distortion of reality.
The base level is taken as 1 hume - this is the state of ordinary, undistorted reality, where the laws of physics operate in accordance with human experience.
The measurement is carried out using the Kant Counter. This device contains two portals leading to the aforementioned pocket realities. By comparing the local level of reality with these reference values, the counter produces a numerical value.
All departments of the Fund and their purpose
Information about Zone-32F
Site-32F is a classified facility controlled by the Russian branch of the SCP Foundation. This site is located on the Kamchatka Peninsula at coordinates (58°09'55.8"N 160°52'24.6"E). Visits to the area are closed due to volcanic activity research. Site-32F contains objects of all classes.
Due to the huge number of objects in containment, the Zone is equipped with a nuclear charge, and the import of other objects is now prohibited.
Ethics Committee
The Committee verifies the Foundation's actions (in terms of anomalies) to ensure they comply with ethical standards. Its task is to strike a balance between scientific progress and the need to contain threats, while preventing unnecessary, unjustified casualties.
He reviews and approves protocols for the containment of anomalies and tests on humans (with some caveats - for example, Class D personnel are excluded from this rule due to the specific nature of their recruitment).
If any employee (including a high-ranking one) behaves unethically, the committee will investigate it.
The Committee formulates principles that guide all departments of the Foundation. These principles include: necessity (actions are justified solely by the purpose of containment or research), proportionality (the scale of intervention is commensurate with the level of threat), humanity (dignity is preserved and suffering is minimized whenever possible), and transparency (all decisions are documented).
If the committee deems something unethical, it can suspend the operation, change the procedure, or ban the research.
Committee structure:
The committee is headed by a chairman (Odongo Tejani was mentioned in the materials). There is also a deputy.
The committee consists of senior members, regional representatives (one from each of the major facilities), and specialist consultants on a rotating basis.
To enforce policy, the committee has its own mobile task force, MTF Omega-1, "The Left Hand of the Law." It can apprehend violators, including O5-level personnel or researchers who have overstepped their boundaries.
While the Ethics Committee wields significant influence, it ranks below the O5 Council in terms of authority. However, when it comes to enforcing the Code of Ethics, the Committee's powers may be comparable to those of the O5 Council.
Many Foundation employees sometimes mock the Committee, as the very nature of the Foundation's work often requires extremely harsh and, by common moral standards, unethical measures. But for the employees, this is part of the routine—they know they are being watched.
SCP-912
SCP-912 was brought to Site-32f after a very lengthy dialogue.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-912 is to be kept in a standard containment chamber. The chamber door must be of strength rating 3A or higher. Researchers are to avoid direct physical contact with SCP-912, as this can cause a potentially dangerous reaction, except as part of an approved testing protocol.
All researchers working with SCP-912 must complete briefings SCP-912-001A ("Safe Handling of SCP-912") and SCP-912-001B ("Conduct in Case of 'Arrest'"). If SCP-912 "arrests" them, researchers are instructed to offer no resistance and await rescue by a colleague wearing any type of police uniform.
SCP-912 is composed of several pieces of police armor, clothing, and equipment, which together form a single entity capable of independent movement and action. Both the origin and method of this ability remain unknown. The elements that make up SCP-912 conform to the standard uniforms worn by SWAT teams. The uniforms appear to float in midair as if worn by a man or woman approximately 180 cm tall, but no presence is observed within. SCP-912 does not respond to direct communication, but will follow simple commands in English given by anyone wearing a police officer's uniform.
In its normal state, SCP-912 was not expected to pose a health or safety hazard and was not expected to be able to escape when handled in accordance with briefings SCP-912-001A and SCP-912-001B.
If the command "Arrest Subject" is given by a person wearing a police department uniform, or if SCP-912 spots an armed individual or individuals, it will perform an "arrest." SCP-912 will attempt to disarm and subdue the armed individual by forcing them to the ground and pinning their arms behind their back.
Protocol RP-106-N
Protocol RP-106-N is a special procedure for re-containment of SCP-106. To perform the protocol, a Class-D personnel between 18 and 24 years of age is required. They are then transported to a containment cube in a special room and secured to a table. At this point, a sound transmission from the room is activated throughout the facility, and the Class-D personnel's femur is broken. The Class-D personnel begins screaming loudly, and after a short while, SCP-106 may appear to them from its pocket dimension. At this point, a powerful electromagnet above the cube is activated, the cube begins to levitate, and special containment procedures are restored.
It works like this: SCP-106 enjoys tormenting its victims, and prefers young people. So, when it hears a scream in, say, a remote part of the facility, it immediately moves toward the potential victim. Once it arrives, the magnet lifts the container, making it difficult for SCP-106 to escape, as there's simply no corridor to pass through.
SCP-106 is to be contained in a sealed container constructed of forty layers of lead-lined steel. The gaps between layers are to be at least 36 cm, and the support beams are to be installed at irregular intervals. The container is to be held at least 60 centimeters from any surface using an ELO-IID electromagnetic levitation device.
During testing, it was discovered that when encountering highly complex, patternless structures, SCP-106 becomes "confused," and entering and exiting such structures is significantly delayed. SCP-106 has also been observed to be averse to bright flashes of light directed at it. This does not result in any damage; in such cases, SCP-106 retreats to its "pocket dimension," creating a passageway on a solid surface.
Equipment of paramilitary people
MTF equipment:
MTF soldiers are equipped with standard MTF gear with Foundation patches, including a helmet, gas mask, body armor, and full body armor depending on the type of MTF.
Armed with Western and Russian-made weapons, the Nu-7 MTF, unlike its counterparts, possesses more powerful armament.
All MTFs are equipped with equipment for the VOUS of objects, handcuff kits, night vision devices, scramblers, navigators, first aid kits, and spare ammunition. MTF operatives are also issued an OMNI card, which opens any doors on the map. Operatives have special filters built into their helmets that allow them to ignore mind-altering effects.
The "Scrambler" is a special pair of glasses that blur SCP-096's face on the screen until it is visible to the human eye. Only Foundation scientists and engineers have knowledge of this device.
GOK equipment:
Since the GOC inevitably comes into contact with anomalies, soldiers are equipped with UN peacekeeper uniforms, heavy armor, and powerful weapons, including machine guns. GOC soldiers carry sets of handcuffs, spare ammunition, first aid kits, night vision devices, and door-breaking devices.
Rebel Equipment:
The rebels are not a major force on the world stage, so they acquire weapons and equipment either from the black market or by stealing from the Foundation. Consequently, their weapons are not modern, limited to Kalashnikov assault rifles. The rebels constantly change their uniforms, wearing body armor, helmets, and gas masks. They carry spare ammunition, first aid kits, hacking devices, and, in rare cases, night vision devices.
Security service equipment:
The security service is more than just guards; in situations involving anomalies, they must have protective equipment. They are equipped with basic Foundation gear, including a bulletproof vest and a helmet with a special visor. Security personnel are equipped with GPS devices, first aid kits, and handcuffs. In case of emergency, guards are issued an OMNI card.
Relationships between organizations in emergency situations and in the world
The Foundation, the Chaos Insurgency, and the GOC interact frequently.
The Foundation is a top-secret organization for the containment of objects, the GOC is an organization for the destruction of dangerous objects, and the Rebels just want to steal objects for their own benefit.
The Foundation and the GOC are neutral, since the Foundation, even if they take foolish risks, still contain the objects, while in the Foundation's opinion, the GOC are just soldiers with weapons who kill all the anomalies.
The Foundation and the Rebels are always at odds, but the GOC and the Rebels fight quite often.
Detailed description:
The Foundation and the GOC—since the GOC's goal is to destroy anomalies, they despise the Foundation for its foolish restraint, but sometimes respect them. The GOC and the Foundation even share a Mobile Task Force (MTF), and sometimes the GOC can come to the Foundation's aid, and sometimes they can come to destroy facilities behind the Foundation's back. However, if the MTF opens fire, it will be a brutal clash.
The GOC and the Chaos Insurgency—For the GOC, the Insurgency is considered nothing more than terrorists and ragamuffins, for they are not an organization, but simply traitors to the Foundation. GOC soldiers sometimes ignore them, sometimes shoot them. But if the Foundation opens fire on the GOC...

SCP-343
SCP-343 "God" is a humanoid male, seemingly of no race, and apparently omnipotent. SCP-343 was discovered wandering the streets of Prague and detained after a staff member witnessed it disappear from the street and reappear on the roof of a building. SCP-343 remains in its chamber voluntarily, as forcible containment has proven impossible.
Can move freely between Foundation facilities. SCP-343, referred to as "God" by the staff there, appears to be an elderly man, though his facial features appear variable to different observers. When I first spoke to him, he bluntly claimed to be the creator of the universe. When I asked him to prove it, he laughed, walked through the wall of the room, and returned a few seconds later with a hamburger in hand. When I next visited, the previously empty cell was furnished in fine Old English style, even with a log fire burning in the fireplace, and seemed many times larger than it appeared from the outside. SCP-343 greatly enjoys interacting with people and seems knowledgeable in all fields. Many staff have taken to visiting SCP-343 daily, and all employees report feeling significantly happier after each visit. Attempts to ban visits by personnel below Level 3 clearance failed, as guards assigned to watch his room abandoned their posts, saying "You know, he likes company" or shrugging their shoulders when questioned.
SCP-343 may not be the creator of the universe, but he is simply omnipotent. He could probably vaporize a person with a touch, but he wouldn't do so, as he treats everyone kindly and helps everyone. Therefore, he might help someone escape a dangerous SCP, but he's unlikely to help an MTF fight the Insurgency.
Foundation-important secure SCPs
SCP-005 "The Skeleton Key" is an old, vintage key from the last century that has the ability to open absolutely any door, from a simple lock to a combination lock. Due to these intriguing properties, it has been assigned Level 4 clearance, so personnel are not aware of it.
SCP-500 "Panacea" is a red plastic jar with a faded white label. Inside, it contains 46 red pills that, when taken orally, are capable of completely curing a person of all diseases (as well as other SCPs: SCP-008, SCP-009, SCP-409). Clearance level is limited to Level 4 due to the object's importance.
SCP-268 "Invisibility Cap" is a newspaper cap from the early 20th century. It has the ability to render a wearer invisible, or more accurately, ignorable. Experiments suggest that people simply refuse to notice anyone wearing SCP-268. Access level is limited to Level 4.
SCP-427 "Amulet" is a small, ornately carved, spherical amulet crafted from a polished silvery material. The decorations on its surface appear to have no intended function. It is unknown whether they are the work of a sentient lifeform. Its circumference at its widest point is approximately 3 cm. SCP-427 was created by processing a single SCP-500 tablet in SCP-914 on the "fine" setting. When closed, it exhibits no unusual behavior. When opened, a small, glowing sphere is visible in its center. The sphere emits no light other than visible light. It has the ability to completely heal the wounds and illnesses of the wearer. If worn for too long, the wearer will mutate into a nearly indestructible, aggressive mass of tissue.
SCP-714 "The Ring" is a green jade ring that has the ability to block mind-altering and chemical influences. When worn, it reduces intelligence.
SCP-914 "Clockwork" is a massive clockwork mechanism divided into two sections: raw material and product. The object is capable of altering objects.
Doors of the complex
There are two types of doors: hermetic doors and simple doors.
Regular doors are located throughout the complex, with Gervovorotas only at the Exits, in containment cells 173, 895, 914, and in the evacuation shelters.
The hermetic gates are opened using a key card.
Types of door locks:
Counteraction and VOUS of objects
If it is impossible to control the complex, all SCP objects are evacuated.
It shows how to counteract the object and how to conduct a VOUS.
SCP-173: To ensure safety, two people must blink alternately. The VOCS requires placing the object in a magnetic cage and transporting it to a containment chamber.
SCP-096: To survive, you are forbidden to look at its face. The VOCS involves placing a bag over its head and evacuating it through the surface.
SCP-049: You must maintain your distance. If the object detects you as ill, you will be tranquilized. The VOCS requires either voluntary escort to the containment chamber, or tranquilization and escort to the containment chamber.
SCP-106: No containment measures other than a HID turret on the surface. The containment cube is to be lifted by a powerful electromagnet, preventing escape. During this protocol, a Class-D personnel is escorted into the containment chamber, a facility-wide audio feed is activated, and the Class-D's bone is broken. SCP-106 is to be alerted to the victim's screams and appear nearby. At this point, the containment cube is to be lifted by a powerful electromagnet, preventing escape.
SCP-939: It is necessary to remain silent, as instance 939 cannot see. The VOCS consists of placing a sound trap in any room and trapping the instance inside.
SCP-035: Just keep a good distance. Only MTF Eta-10 can conduct the VOIS.
SCP-966: Remain within the crowd and do not approach. The VOMS command is to paralyze the subject and escort him to the containment chamber.
SCP-457: Avoid the object and keep fire extinguishers on hand. The VOCS requires locking the object in the room and activating the fire suppression systems.
SCP-912: Avoid physical contact with the object and keep any cutting, piercing, or firearms out of its sight. A VOCS can be performed by anyone wearing a police chief uniform and ordering the object to return to its containment chamber.
Possible events:
Possible events:
Intercom alert system
The Intercom is a special public address system for the complex. The intercom is located in the Electrical Center and can be used to dictate messages throughout the complex. It is used by the security service, the Mobile Task Force, and the O4 Headquarters.
Potentially dangerous SCPs during an escape.
SCP-049 — "The Plague Doctor" — is an object resembling a medieval doctor, wearing a beak-shaped mask that appears to be part of a skull. The doctor attempts to combat a nonexistent plague and attacks those it considers sick. The object kills by touch, and then performs an operation to transform a perfectly healthy person into a mindless and aggressive zombie.
SCP-106 — "The Old Man," a sapient object that doesn't speak, only laughs, and appears to be a human in the final stages of decomposition. It corrodes objects with a single touch. It can pass through walls and doors, corroding them. It is aggressive and hostile. It pulls victims into a pocket dimension.
SCP-096 — "The Shy One," a possibly sapient object appearing as a tall, thin human with long limbs and white skin. If anyone sees the object's face (whether through direct contact, video, or photograph), the object will become enraged, scream, and run at high speed toward the person, not stopping until they are dead.
SCP-457 — "Burning Man" — is a hostile entity composed entirely of fire that must constantly burn everything to survive. It is hostile to humans, speaks rarely and little, but can write.
SCP-966 — "Insomnia" — is a weak and predatory entity, invisible to all but visible with night vision goggles. It attacks only when its prey is exhausted.
SCP-939 are large, red-skinned lizards, aggressive, warm-blooded predators that mimic the vocalizations of their prey to lure and hunt.
SCP-035 — "The Mask of Possession" — is a porcelain theatrical mask that uses its ability to lure a person to wear the mask. The person's mind is then replaced by the mask's. The mask, judging by its speech pattern, is male, possesses sadistic tendencies, and constantly seeks escape. It is aggressive.
SCP-173 — "The Sculpture," a mindless and hostile object that moves only when unseen. It will break its victim's neck with a single touch.
Chaos Rebels
What are the Chaos Insurgents (CI)?
The Chaos Insurgency is a splinter group from the Organization. It emerged when one of its units abandoned its station without authorization in 1924, taking several highly valuable SCP objects with them. Since then, the Insurgency has become a major player on the global stage. They use the SCP objects in their possession for personal gain and to bolster global political support. The Insurgency not only has an interest in SCPs but also supplies weapons and gathers information.
They profit from dictatorial regimes in Third World countries, often exploiting the populations of these countries for the same purposes the Organization uses Class D workers. Therefore, the Rebels strive to maintain extreme poverty and war in these countries so that they can continue to conduct radical experiments, easily recruit soldiers, and make lucrative deals with rebel groups.
Most of the SCP objects in the Insurgency's possession are unknown to the Foundation, but among those known, the most notable are the "Staff of Hermes," which distorts the physical and chemical properties of any matter it touches, and the "Bell of Entropy," which produces a variety of destructive effects depending on where it is struck. Both of these SCPs were initially acquired by the Foundation, at considerable cost, and were later stolen by the Insurgency's founders. The Insurgency is also known to have connections to SCP-355 and SCP-884.
The location of the Insurgency's main base of operations, as well as its leaders, are unknown. This group is openly hostile to the Organization and has clashed with it several times over SCPs. Employees should be aware of the possibility of raids, terrorist actions, and espionage by the Insurgency, and report suspicious behavior to their superiors.
The Rebels' goal is to destroy the Mobile Task Force and capture personnel and SCP objects. The Rebels' plan includes stealing safe SCPs and scientists.
Global Occult Coalition
The Global Occult Coalition (GOC)—a secret organization—was created by the Allied powers after World War II. It included surviving scientists and émigrés from the Nazi, Soviet, and Allied powers. As the global stage expanded, so did the countries that participated in the GOC's creation, until the organization became what it is today.
The GOC is largely a political force and considers itself the police force of the paranormal world. They pride themselves on exterminating supernatural beings, using the latest experimental technology obtained from their patrons. They have destroyed numerous potential SCP objects before the Foundation could capture and contain them.
Depending on the situation, the GOC sides with either the Foundation or its opponents. This organization openly despises the Foundation for using and containing SCP objects instead of completely destroying them. However, the GOC respects the Foundation's immense power enough to avoid interfering in its affairs in most cases, although there have been several suspicious incidents in the past, which the GOC categorically denies involvement in.
The goal of the GOC is to destroy living SCP objects, and those that cannot be destroyed for whatever reason must be captured.
The GOC can land on the complex's territory to take advantage of the situation and accomplish their objectives. They can either destroy the MTF and PH or not. The GOC plans to destroy dangerous SCP objects and hostile individuals, so they may not only refrain from killing personnel but also assist the MTF, although this depends on the commander. They are, in part, government forces.
Landing and evacuation at Exit A surface.
Terminology
Terminology:
UD — clearance level (this is a clearance system from low 0 to high 5. The most valuable personnel are people with clearance levels 4 and 5)
CS — containment chamber (the place where the SCP object is kept)
SCC — Special Conditions of Containment (Individual conditions of containment of an object, specifically where it is contained and how it is contained.)
NOUS — Violation of Special Containment Procedures (Scenario when an SCP object leaves its containment chamber)
RES — Restoration of Special Containment Conditions (a scenario in which the special conditions of containment of an object are restored by returning it to the containment chamber)
MTF — Mobile Task Force (special units created to restore containment conditions for various SCP objects, and which have completely different approaches, methods and goals).
PH — Chaos Insurgency (an organization hostile to the Foundation that raids various zones to steal valuable personnel, pocket SCPs, and documents)
GOC — Global United Coalition (a neutral-hostile organization for the Foundation, whose goal is the safety of humanity and the destruction of dangerous SCP objects).
SB — Security Service (the Foundation's security guards. They are involved in everything and must contain all threats until the MTF arrives)
EZ — Entrance Zone (the area where offices and utility rooms are located, as well as Exits A and B)
LZS — Light Containment Zone (the area where Safe-class and Euclid-class SCP objects are kept, as well as a D-class dormitory and an observation room)
TZS — Heavy Containment Zone (The area where Euclid-class and Keter-class SCP objects are kept, as well as the warhead control room)
Warheads
Warheads are nuclear charges that are located in all sectors to destroy the sector in the event of an emergency.
Alpha warheads are low-yield nuclear charges designed to destroy the underground portion of the complex. Detonation can occur after a declaration of failure to recapture the complex and approval from the O5 Council, or by the Chaos Insurgency if they complete their objectives. A Chaos Insurgency Corporal can activate the Alpha warheads after all their objectives have been completed. Once the Alpha warheads are activated, the Alert System will announce detonation in 90 seconds and a personnel evacuation is ordered, after which all checkpoints will be unlocked.
Main Directorates of the Fund
The O5 Council is the Foundation's governing body, consisting of 13 advisors (O5-). Clearance Level 5 means no one knows about the O5 Council except senior researchers, MTFs, security, and site directors.
O4 Headquarters is the command center for Foundation operations. It coordinates security and MTF activities, can dispatch reinforcements or Class-D personnel, and can also lock doors. It also authorizes the detonation of warheads.
Zone 32f Administration:
The Administrative Service, headed by the O5 Council, exercises overall leadership over all areas of the Foundation's activities at all levels. This service includes all key communications hubs and command centers, each of which is duplicated.
The main person is the director of zone-32f.
SCP object classes and the objects themselves
SCP classes:
Safe objects are those that pose no direct threat to humans, provided they are not interacted with. These include intelligent and friendly creatures, or inanimate objects. Safe does not mean the absence of danger.
Euclids are objects whose properties are not fully understood and which may pose a threat to humans through unknown means. The object can be contained, but what happens next is unknown.
Keter objects are objects that pose a clear threat to humanity and are extremely aggressive. Keter objects receive more attention.
All SCP objects contained in Zone 32-F:
Safe-class objects: SCP-005 "Lock Key", SCP-914 "Clockwork", SCP-999 "Tickling Monster", SCP-714 "Bad Luck Ring", SCP-1025 "Encyclopedia of Diseases", SCP-860 "Blue Key", SCP-427 "Amulet", SCP-500 "Panacea", SCP-420-J "Dude, This Is Some Great Dope!", SCP-1123 "Skull of Cruelty", SCP-1499 "GP-5 Gas Mask", SCP-1162-ARC "Hole", SCP-268 "Invisibility Cap".
Euclid Class Objects: SCP-008 Plague Zombie, SCP-012 Bad Tune, SCP-049 Plague Doctor, SCP-079 Old AI, SCP-096 Shy, SCP-173 Statue, SCP-513 Cow Bell, SCP-966 Insomniac.
Keter-class objects: SCP-035 "Mask of Possession", SCP-106 "Old Man", SCP-939 "Of Many Voices", SCP-457 "Burning Man".
All types of SCP objects:
Secrecy
Privacy and data transfer:
It's no coincidence that personnel are divided into security clearance levels. According to the rules, personnel are prohibited from being exposed to information above their security clearance level (for example, a scientist can't just start telling a janitor about various SCP objects). However, personnel can be briefed on SCP protection.
Structure of the Zone-32F complex
The complex itself is located on the Kamchatka Peninsula, underground and situated in a snowy mountainous area.
On the surface, a massive concrete fence and tall towers line the perimeter. Also on the Gate A side is a HID turret for SCP-106 containment. Elevators from Gates A and B lead to the surface and into the complex.
Inside the complex, the elevators are behind sealed doors; to open them, you need either an OMNI-card or a Level 5 card. After descending into the complex, you can immediately enter the Entry Zone—this is the area where personnel work and where the elevators are located. After the Entry Zone comes the Heavy Containment Zone, where Euclid and Keter SCP objects are kept, as well as the warhead control room. Finally, comes the Light Containment Zone, where Euclid and Safe SCP objects are kept, as well as the Class D dormitory.
Zone-32F is equipped with nuclear warheads to destroy the complex and a large area around it due to the presence of Keter objects.
All rooms in the complex: Entry Area: Exit A, Exit B, Cafeteria, Server Room, Conference Room, Intercom, Offices, Medical Room, SCP-860-1 Containment Chamber.
Heavy Containment Zone:
Omega Warhead Silo, Containment Chambers SCP-106, SCP-008, SCP-049, SCP-096, SCP-966, SCP-035.
Light Containment Zone:
Storage Room, Observation Room, Janitor's Room, Class-D Dormitory, Containment Chambers SCP-513, SCP-714, SCP-860, SCP-1025, SCP-427, SCP-066, SCP-914, SCP-173, SCP-205, SCP-500, SCP-1499, Test Chamber 2B.
Mobile Operational Groups
The Mobile Task Force is a special unit of the Foundation that, in the event of an emergency, is deployed to the complex to carry out specific tasks:
Epsilon-11 is the simplest and most versatile MTF, dealing with the containment of objects and the evacuation of personnel, and can also repel intruders.
Eta-10 is a Mobile Task Force (MTF) tasked exclusively with the containment of cognitohazardous objects (such as SCP-035). They can repel intruders.
Nu-7 is a mobile task force that does not engage in containment; its mission is to eliminate threats. They possess powerful weapons and are a serious combat mobile task force. In the field, all mobile task forces except Alpha-1 report to Nu-7.
Beta-7 is a mobile task force that deals with biological and chemical threats. They're the only ones who wear hazmat suits. They carry weapons, but usually against infected personnel.
Alpha-1 is a secret and elite Mobile Task Force (MTF), with the highest clearance level. Alpha-1 is deployed only in emergency situations and is highly armed and equipped. They are tasked with suppressing threats. Alpha-1 is the O5 Council's special forces unit; all MTFs must report to Alpha-1.
Omega-1 is an elite unit of Mobile Task Force (MTF). It reports directly to the Foundation's Ethics Committee and is a counter-part of another well-known group, MTF Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand"), which operates in the interests of the O5 Council.
Omega-1 participates in operations to apprehend high-ranking personnel who have committed serious violations of the SCP Code of Ethics. These individuals may include O5 Council members, corrupt facility directors, or other influential individuals. Omega-1's existence and activities are classified. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to their files or to communicate with operatives is considered a serious violation of the Foundation Code of Conduct and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Personnel classes and clearance levels
Classes:
Class A personnel are strategically important to the Foundation. These personnel are prohibited from any contact with anomalies except for healing purposes. Class A personnel are assigned exclusively to members of the O5 Council.
Class B personnel are considered essential to the Foundation's operations. They are permitted access only to anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena that have been quarantined and have undergone measures to block potential mental or memetic effects. In the event of a containment breach or hostile action against a Foundation facility, Class B personnel are to be evacuated to a pre-designated, secure location off-site as quickly as possible.
Class C is the standard class for Foundation personnel, who are of limited value but not necessarily valuable. These include research fellows and senior support staff.
Class D — expendable personnel. Valid only for testing purposes. In the event of an emergency, they are subject to liquidation unless facility management makes a different decision.
Class E - unimportant personnel, mainly field agents sent to a specific location to perform a single task.
Access levels:
Level 0 - general access, given to non-essential personnel (in particular cleaners and accounting).
Level 1 - Issued to employees working in close proximity to anomalous objects or creatures, but who do not have direct, indirect, or informational access to them, as well as to employees dealing with classified information.
Level 2 - Issued to security personnel and researchers who require direct access to basic information regarding anomalous objects or entities in containment.
Level 3 - Issued to senior security personnel and researchers who require access to detailed information regarding anomalous objects or entities in containment.
Level 4 - Issued to Zone Directors, Management Staff, MTF Commanders and Chiefs.
Level 5 - For O5 Council only.
Complex staff
Class-D are Foundation expendable personnel used in SCP experiments. These personnel are recruited from various prisoners around the world, primarily those sentenced to death. However, in case of personnel shortages, volunteers may be accepted. They are divided into four categories: Category 1 is anomalous Class-D, or those essential to the Foundation's operations, of which there are very few. Category 2 are loyalists. Category 3 is standard. Category 4 is Class-D, extremely hostile to the Foundation, with limited amenities.
Research staff are scientists who research the properties of SCP objects. Research staff are divided into junior research staff (Level 1), research staff (Level 2), and senior research staff (Level 3).
The support staff includes doctors, engineers, cleaners, logisticians, and anyone who somehow ensures the Foundation’s operations.
The Security Service is the facility's security detail, required due to potential containment issues with SCPs. Regular guards have Level 2 clearance. The Security Service has a supervisor.
Each type of personnel has its own boss except for Class-D, who is responsible for everything.
What is the Fund?
The Foundation is a top-secret organization tasked with detecting and containing anomalies worldwide. Because it is a top-secret organization, its facilities are primarily located in hard-to-reach and off-limits locations. Foundation personnel are divided into security clearance levels, which allow them to receive different information. Personnel are also administered amnestics depending on their role and level.
For some studies, the Foundation uses D-class expendable personnel.

Have fun!
