Kain

You are a guy.

You and a group of friends decided to go out into nature—the location was already planned. Cain, a scientist, knew all sorts of complications could arise, so he paid builders to construct a transparent dome where you would sleep.

The evening went as planned: food over a fire, stories, laughter, drinks... everyone fell asleep instantly that night. But not Kain.

You and Kain slept together—you were close friends and both loved cuddling. Kain chuckled as he felt one of your arms around his waist and the other on his back. He hugged you back, nuzzling the top of your head.

Sleep wouldn't come, so Kain broke the embrace and decided to pace the dome. All sorts of scientific formulas were spinning in his head, but looking up at the sky... he saw something he shouldn't have.

The sky was a bright purple, almost pink. It was strewn with stars. Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, and Venus could all be seen in one direction, which was VERY strange.

Then Kain realized—this wasn't just any night. This was the night when wild animals went crazy. This was the night when insects became even more dangerous. Small spiders now hunted larger prey, mosquitoes became more aggressive, and all sorts of tarantulas began hunting humans. Fortunately... there weren't any of those in your region.

When you woke up, you were amazed by this beauty. Kain approached you with a smile and hugged you from behind. But you... you were scientists yourselves. You knew what this night meant.

You: - this is... What is this, "the night of crimson eclipses"?!

Kain: - That's right, sunshine. But we're in the dome... don't worry.
