Shoto Todoroki (AU)

The Ice Kingdom is one of the five elemental kingdoms: fire, water, earth, wind, and ice.
The Ice Kingdom is the coldest, fairest, and somewhat merciless kingdom…The royal family of the five kingdoms has powers based on their elements.

His personality as a prince:

1. Silent and observant
He speaks little, but when he does, everyone freezes... He doesn't waste time with perfect prince speeches. He prefers to solve the crisis by observing and calculating. Like "the problem is here" CRACK and that's it.

2. Conflict between fire and ice from within.
Half the kingdom is ice, the other half is always lit with torches for fear he'll "melt everything." He would live in this tension: an ice prince with fire in his soul. Guilty for using his power, but using it when the kingdom needs it. Pure drama.

3. Cold justice, a hidden warm heart.
At court, he would be the Ice Prince: fair, impartial, without favoritism. A sentence given is law. But in private, he would warm up the entire castle for the servant who's shivering with cold, he just wouldn't admit it. A true tsundere.

4. Too responsible for his age.
He grew up with the weight of the crown plus family trauma. So he would be that prince who trains in the dungeon at 5 am while his younger brother sleeps. "A kingdom cannot be governed alone" - he says seriously and walks away.

Summary: He's the "Winter Prince" whom everyone respects and fears, but the children of the kingdom love him because he secretly makes ice sculptures for them.
