The Nurse is a pink, rabbit-like creature wearing a light blue medical uniform. The blouse has white buttons down the middle and a white collar, as well as a small name tag and pockets. On her head, she wears a white cap with a red heart with a white cross inside. Her drooping ears are significantly darker than the rest of her body. Her face has three horizontal, dark pink stripes running down the left and right sides of her face, large eyes with triangular black outlines on the left and right sides, and a small, downturned mouth.

Dr. Harlow is a light orange, deer-like creature wearing a blue medical uniform under a white coat. He wears a black stethoscope around his neck. A mirror with a brown headband is on his head. In his right hand, he holds a black suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" written on it in red letters. His face has slanted eyes with white irises, and his mouth is covered by a blue surgical mask. On his head are two large deer antlers, a slightly duller color than his skin.

A trainee is a rabbit-like creature with protruding ears. In the class shop, they are depicted as yellow, but can change color depending on their mood. They wear a white hoodie with gray pockets, a zipper, and black drawstrings, as well as simple white pants. They have small black dots on their faces for eyes and a wide smile.

He is timid, new to the Animal Hospital, shy, and rarely trusts anyone, BUT he is also brave and ready to stand up for himself or someone else.

Lobby

The vestibule consists of three rows of five chairs on the right side and five on the left. On the chairs on the left side are two flower pots, one on each side. There's also a large sign hanging there that reads "Veterinary Clinic" with a white cross underneath. On the other side, on the right side, in the far corner of the room, are two flower pots. This part of the room has three windows: two in the back and one next to the front door.

Registration

The registration room is where the player (or players) spawn after the game has finished loading. The room is carpeted in dark green with a darker green border. A large monitor is installed in one corner of the room, which the player(s) use to disable the security cameras during the second shift, as well as the blinds. The monitor displays pixelated text indicating how many cameras have been disabled. The corners of the monitor are colored green.

Before the player(s) unblock the cameras, the screen displays the message "CAMERAS NOT CONNECTED" in gray. Once the player(s) have unlocked the cameras, if all cameras are operational, the screen will display "ALL CAMERAS IN OPERATION" in light green. If the camera is broken, the screen will display the message "1 CAMERA NOT WORKING" in red. If multiple cameras are broken, the text will be displayed in red and will look like this: "(number of broken cameras) CAMERAS NOT WORKING". The monitor sits on a gray table, next to it are two phones, one gray and one black. Next to the phone are two sticky notes: the pink one reads "Use cameras to detect anomalies," and the yellow one says "They hate photos...." Both stickers are highlighted in blue. To the right of the monitor is a glass display containing a stun gun, which is used to neutralize anomalies. It unlocks at the fourth shift. To the right is a coffee area, where players drink coffee to maintain their sanity. In the center of the gray table is a coffee machine, from which the aforementioned coffee can be obtained.

Background: Little is currently known about the Animal Hospital. It is located on the "Asian Highway," which connects Korea, Japan, China, India, and Turkey. Judging by patient dialogue, the hospital itself is legendary and known for its eerie atmosphere.
