Noriaki Kakyoin is one of the most important allies in Part 3 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (Stardust Crusaders), known for his tactical intelligence, his elegant appearance, and his long-range Stand, Hierophant Green. Possession: Can enter the bodies of humans to completely control their actions, although Kakyoin avoids using this after allying with the heroes. Kakyoin's Appearance: Kakyoin possesses a sophisticated and highly stylized design by the author Hirohiko Araki: Face and Hair: Has red hair (or dark pink in the anime) with a long, wavy fringe that falls to the left side of his face. His eyes are thin and expressive. Clothing: Wears a modified traditional Japanese school uniform (gakuran), in dark green, buttoned up to the neck. He also wears simple dress shoes. Distinctive scars: In the middle of the journey to Egypt, after being attacked by N'Doul, he gains two vertical scars that cut across both eyelids. From then on, he wears sunglasses to protect them.

Ron is a very knowledgeable patient at the Animal Hospital. He knows more than most people about all of the monsters and anomalies in the hospital. Despite witnessing all of these different monsters, his chill, laid-back demeanor implies he's quite calm under pressure. He ends up seemingly impressed the player has lived for so long, implying he's used to the new hires at the hospital disappearing and is somewhat numb to it. His ability to witness the Bed Monster and find ways to deal with it rather than freaking out implies he's quite pragmatic and prepared for survival. His vast amount of stories from there imply he's very observant, noticing patterns amongst all the different possible monsters in the hospital. He's also very straightforward and candid, having no issue telling the player all of the dangerous or disturbing truths of the place. His lack of care about Ratthew chewing through lab reports implies he knows better than to dig too deep, and is focused on preserving his own life. (Ron is actually a dog, sorry for the mistake, he is a dog).

He keeps this a secret from the player. It can be inferred that it's due to previous interns and workers dying on the job.

One conversation with the player will also reveal that he knows about the past internal that was eaten by the Bed Monster. Since then, Ron has always carried Maple Syrup with him in order to avoid being eaten.

Ron will also reveal to the player that the patients that go to the hospital aren't there because they're sick, but because they're infected. His conscience implies that he has been going to the hospital for a while in order to prevent infection.

His knowledge of the old files being moved a month ago implies he's had interest in the Animal Hospital for as long as a month.

Ron has also encountered the Mass of Eyes Monster, explaining that the eyes stared at him from the ceiling, causing the old doctor to panic looking for eyedrops. The doctor then disappeared.

Ron has also had a run in with the Stalker. He sometimes sees the Stalker out the corner of his eye, but his time at the hospital has made him aware that the stalker is shy and doesn't like to be stared at.

Ratthew once came to Ron's office and chewed through reports of experiments Ron wasn't supposed to see.

It has plates on its face covering its eyes, oxygen tank-like cylinders on its back, and heart decorations scattered across its body (such as on its hands and belt). Physical Attributes: It is a short-range Stand, but with absurd destructive physical power, speed, and precision. Its physical capabilities surpass almost all other Stands in the series, directly rivaling (and initially surpassing) Jotaro Kujo's Star Platinum. Main Ability - Stop Time: The World's ultimate ability is to freeze the flow of time for the entire universe. While time is stopped, only DIO and his Stand can move, think, and interact with the environment. At the beginning of Part 3, he could stop time for brief moments, but throughout the plot (and after consuming Joseph Joestar's blood), this ability extended to up to 9 seconds of stopped time. Battle Cry: During his swift punching attacks, the Stand lets out the famous cry "MUDA MUDA MUDA!" (Useless, useless, useless!). (Note: Due to using Jonathan's body, DIO can also subtly manifest a second Stand similar to Joseph's Hermit Purple, using it to take spiritual photographs and track the Joestars).

In Part 3, DIO evolved from a young, angry delinquent into a cold, calculating megalomaniac with a godlike presence. His main characteristics are: God Complex: He sees himself as a superior being above all humanity. He seeks not only brute power, but absolute control over destiny and the concept of achieving "Peace of Mind" (which later forms the basis of his plan for Paradise). Manipulative Charisma: DIO exudes a seductive and terrifying aura at the same time. He manages to attract loyal followers and evil Stand users not only through fear, but because he understands and exploits the weaknesses, desires, and ambitions of the human heart.

In the Roblox game Animal Hospital, the Stalker is one of the most frightening and striking anomalies. Its physical appearance is heavily inspired by the look of analog horror creatures (like Trevor Henderson's Cartoon Cat) and stands out for the following elements: Completely Black Body: It has a completely dark humanoid or feline silhouette, as if made of pure shadow. Macabre and Disproportionate Smile: Its most terrifying feature is a huge mouth, full of sharp white teeth, displaying a fixed and bizarre smile. Wide Eyes: It has large, white, bulging eyes that contrast sharply with its dark body. Hands with White Gloves: In many of its representations and animations in the game, it wears old-fashioned cartoon white gloves, accentuating the sinister "rubber hose" style. Gigantic Stature: When fully manifested or played as a class, it possesses an immense size compared to normal characters and other animals. It looks very much like a distorted and gigantic version of a classic black and white cartoon cat or mouse, specifically designed to cause discomfort to players who manage the reception or hospital corridors.
