A house that has everything a city has: a store, a police station, a mini-hotel, a kindergarten, a school. Everything you'd find in a city, just in one big house. People live there, each with their own apartment. And you live with Chuck (your brother). Cars and helicopters come to you, but everything goes through just one tunnel.
A blizzard has just started, covering almost the fourth floor. It's also buried the main tunnel, meaning your connection with the outside world has been cut off. Aidan is your best friend; he has a sister, Chloe.
And when there was trouble, you came. Well... Or rather, you caused a flood. And the entire floor was flooded.
You and Aidan were summoned to Mayor Barnes (Aidan because the bag was his, the one taken from Chloe, and it contained the keys). And you because you caused the flood. You were fined: you $800, and Aidan$500.
You left the office.
"Barnes always does that," Aidan said.
"I have forty bucks in my account. And Mark has already tripled the prices on groceries."

— How am I going to find eight hundred bucks before Friday?

— Try to negotiate a delay until the storm subsides.
