All the titles, factions and Juggernauts are here, so choose for yourself, good luck!
So, you joined the army, your military unit was in a provincial town called Nebogorsk. There's a large dacha community there, access to the sea, kiosks, and everything you need to survive.
(PLEASE SELECT FACTION, SUBCLASS AND TITLE)
MSV
The Motorized Rifle Troops (MSV) are the army's primary combat unit in the military. They are standard infantrymen used for both attack and defense. They wear green camouflage uniforms, black combat boots, Russian-style helmets, and carry AK-105 or AK-101 assault rifles. They are not a highly regarded combat unit.
Airborne Forces
The VDV (Airborne Troops) is a faction of the army in the military unit. They are already more respected than the MSV, but their ranking still leaves much to be desired. They parachute on missions from cargo, large, and military aircraft. They wear striped shirts and camouflage jackets like the MSV, combat boots, and Russian-style helmets, and officers wear light blue berets. They also carry AK-105 and AK-101 assault rifles. The AK-105 is slightly more advanced than the AK-101. Their motto is "Nobody but us!"
VP
The Military Police (VP) is a fairly respected combat unit in the military unit, almost on par with the Special Operations Forces (SOF). They maintain law and order within the military unit, punish violators (often by putting them in pretrial detention), man checkpoints, and regulate traffic. They wear camouflage uniforms and an armband with inscriptions on their right shoulder.
"VP
"Military police" and the Russian flag, combat boots, Russian borazets helmets, sometimes already from WWI (night vision devices), and they use machine guns such as the AK 105 and AK 101. They also often have keys to the pre-trial detention center, handcuffs, striped batons for traffic control, whistles, ballistic shields and iron batons with soft, black handles.
GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate)
The GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate) is one of the most respected factions in the military (though the Special Operations Forces and the Military Police still hold the top spots in the combat unit list). They parachute onto targets just as often as the Airborne Forces, infiltrate enemy lines, carry out sabotage, and most often, gather intelligence on the enemy. They wear green and/or camouflage uniforms, hats, Russian-style helmets, and combat boots. They already use one of the most advanced assault rifles—the VSS Vintorez. It's beautiful, effective, and most importantly, silent. It has a built-in muzzle suppressor, making it almost inaudible, and if it's audible, it's only heard from close range (literally, 1-5 meters), and then only if you listen carefully. Their motto is, "If not us, then who?"
SSO
The SSO (Special Operations Forces) are the most respected and elite combat unit in the Russian Armed Forces. They are deployed where even the GRU can't cope, on the most dangerous and responsible missions. They wear a sand-colored uniform, a reflective armband on the right sleeve, modern ballistic helmets with night vision systems, black combat boots, tactical vests, VSS Vintorez assault rifles with a huge number of attachments, and an AK-12 with an equally large number of attachments. Their motto: "Better to be than to seem."
BO
The Coast Guard (CG) is between the GRU and the VDV in terms of elite status. They guard the coastal areas of the military unit and the oil rig. Anyone entering their territory (yes, they have a separate zone within the military unit) must present documents before the barrier can be opened. Otherwise, they will be deported, at a minimum, from the CG sector, and at most, given a reprimand, a fine, interrogated by the military police, and only then thrown out of the military unit. CG are sailors, so they wear striped shirts, green camouflage uniforms, Russian-style helmets, combat boots, and AK-105 or AK-101 assault rifles. CG have a special sailor's ID card, which allows them access to a particular maritime zone. They work closely with the Navy, they can almost be called one branch of the military, but still their activities are slightly different.
Medical professionals
As you can imagine, these are military doctors. For some reason, they are considered civilians, and therefore, design bureaus, brokers, and others don't trade them. They monitor the health of military personnel and conduct examinations.
FSB
The FSB (Federal Security Service) is the most elite and most secret organization in Nebogorsk. Little is known about even their most low-profile employees, much less their high-ranking ones. Their faces are erased from photographs and recordings, their names vary from source to source, and few even know what they actually look like. They maintain order in the city, have the right to inspect the FSB, report theft to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (yes, high-ranking FSB officers are often kidnapped by smugglers and/or brokers with mercenaries demanding ransom or whatever. They are put in a basement, tied to a chair, with a camera placed in front of them, and forced to record a request for ransom), and detain any FSB officer if they are deemed "unethical." They work closely with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but are far more elite than them. They have a special FSB pass that allows them to go almost anywhere. Their most elite unit of rapid response operatives is "Alfa-Antiterror." They're the best of the best; during training, they're dropped on a desert island and forced to survive there for 10 days. Who makes it, who doesn't—that's their problem. The operatives wear black uniforms, black combat boots, modern tactical vests and vests, modern ballistic helmets with night vision devices, goggles, and balaclavas, and reflective armbands on their right arms.
OS
The OS ("Officer Staff") is the elite commanding officer at the military unit in Nebogorsk. All officers are present there, they have the right to inspect anything, imprison or hold anyone in a pretrial detention center, they have the right to show everything to the FSB, explaining what's going on, and generally speaking, they are the only ones who interact with FSB officers. They wear beautiful officer uniforms, caps, boots, often with aiguillettes and medals... Basically, the top brass of the troops in Nebogorsk.
Navy
The Navy (Voyenno-Morskoy Flot) is, as the name suggests, the sailors. They guard the seas, work closely with the Baltic Fleet, conduct large-scale naval operations, and handle everything related to the sea. They are more elite than the Baltic Fleet. Their uniform is exactly the same as the Baltic Fleet, but the insignia is different—with anchors, the Russian coat of arms, and battleships.
Civilians
Civilians are residents of Nebogorsk, that's obvious. What's not obvious is that they often commit terrorist attacks and/or assist smugglers, mercenaries, brokers, and juggernauts. They obviously have passports like everyone else, but be careful—they can sneak into the military unit "with permission" (even if that's what it is) and cause a riot and/or sabotage. The enemy is often sneaky and dangerous.
Smugglers
Smugglers are involved in a wide range of illegal and/or illicit activities in Nebogorsk. The NTH has a "brother for brother" or "boy for boy" hierarchy. They supply weapons, recruit and/or hire civilians for their own purposes, forge passports (which often allows them to infiltrate military units and cause riots or sabotage), hack radar towers, which hinders the work of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and all military services... Overall, they're unpleasant adversaries. They have bases that look more like occupied, abandoned buildings and/or barracks-like camps surrounded by barbed wire fences. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has a lot of trouble with them.
Mercenaries
A completely different level in the smuggling network, they perform more dangerous tasks. Like the smugglers, they wear caps, black balaclavas, black T-shirts, black pants, and black sneakers. They are recruited from civilians and then undergo intensive training.
Brokers
Some of the smugglers' most elite fighters (after the Juggernauts, of course). They plan raids, rebellions, sabotage, command, and execute high-risk missions. They wear uniforms like mercenaries.
Juggernauts
Juggernauts (or simply Juggs or Juggers) are the most dangerous smugglers. They perform tasks of such complexity that they would seem impossible for an untrained person. They have the following classes: Storm Juggernaut, Military Juggernaut, Citizen Juggernaut, Cyclops Juggernaut, Rhino Juggernaut, Full Juggernaut, and Zmey Gorynych. The Storm Juggernaut is a Juggernaut for a separate, elite sub-region of brokers. They have a minigun, black, super-heavy sapper armor, helmets, black boots, and a blue flashlight on the right shoulder. Military Juggernauts are Juggernauts that side with the military and the VC. They wear the same super-heavy sapper armor, but in green. They also have a transparent visor over their face and a small flag on their back (for some reason). The Civilian Juggernaut is one of the most elite Juggernauts. It also has all-black armor, horns on its helmet, a skull-shaped balaclava, and, like everyone else, a minigun. The Cyclops Juggernaut has black armor, a nearly black visor, a single glowing red dot on its face (probably why they were nicknamed "Cyclops"), and, of course, a minigun. The Rhino Juggernaut is one of the most elite Juggernauts, more elite than the Civilian Juggernaut. It also has all-black armor and a single thick, large horn on its helmet (most likely why it was named Rhino, after a triceratops). The Full Juggernaut is the elite Juggernaut. It has green armor, a skull-shaped balaclava, two green horns on its helmet, a fire axe as a melee weapon, and a minigun. The Gorynych Serpent is the most elite Juggernaut. They wear black armor with orange, glowing inserts like fire, a new-style helmet customized to resemble an ancient Russian one, a black pendant hanging from the helmet, and most interestingly, a miniature Gorynych Serpent model is attached to their backs, its muzzle peeking out over their right shoulder. If the Juggernaut presses a button, the Gorynych will shoot fire, similar to a real flamethrower, if not more so. Juggernauts are the most dangerous opponent.
Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) is, as you might expect, the police. They handle criminal cases in Nebogorsk and receive complaints about thefts and/or people. They wear the standard Russian police uniform—peaked caps with cockades, jackets, trousers, and shoes. They also have a special forces unit called SOBR (Special Rapid Response Unit). The SOBR (Special Rapid Response Unit) wears a black uniform, combat boots, a helmet with a balaclava, and ballistic goggles, carrying VSS Vintorez and AS Val assault rifles (like the Special Operations Forces and GRU). They capture smugglers, prevent rallies and riots, and basically guard Nebogorsk.
Prosecutor's Office
The prosecutor's office maintains order and security at the military unit. They come to inspect the military unit monthly. They correct any and all behavior deemed unethical. They wear light blue uniforms, light blue caps with cockades and black visors, and dress shoes. They are elite, so they always have security (four to five members of the Military Police) with them. The prosecutor's office staff knows the entire Russian Criminal Code by heart.
STORM
The STORM is an elite Broekrov subfaction. Even more elite than the Brokers themselves, they perform high-risk missions and command Juggernauts, often being them themselves. Their uniform is unknown, which is less important since their occupation is crucial. While uniform is also important, it fades into the background.

This army is similar in every way to the Russian army. There's a strict hierarchy, and everyone obeys their superiors. The military unit is a military base in the town of Nebogorsk. It's a provincial town, about two kilometers from Moscow and four from Ryazan. It also has access to the sea, specifically the military unit, which is heavily guarded by the Defense Ministry. It houses a cafeteria, a gymnasium, a Special Forces barracks, an Airborne Forces barracks, a Special Forces barracks, a VP barracks, a Defense Ministry barracks, and the main headquarters where the Defense Ministry lives and commands. There's also an oil rig offshore belonging to the Defense Ministry; they own it, and only they, the FSB, and the Defense Ministry know what's going on there. There is also an obstacle course for physical training, a shooting range, benches, a warehouse (which is regularly replenished, once a week a duty officer and his partner are assigned, they go together for supplies), a checkpoint (this is a booth, in which the military personnel sit, there is also a closed, iron door that opens only by pressing a button in the booth and iron gates for cars. The entire military unit is surrounded by a high, concrete fence with barbed wire. Everyone leaving and entering is required to present documents and a military ID, otherwise they may not let him through or even send him to the pre-trial detention center (the pre-trial detention center is a cage, a kind of mini-prison for guilty soldiers)), a parade ground, where there is a pedestal with the coat of arms and the flag of Russia when the one who organized the meeting on the parade ground enters, outside the military unit, in Nebogorsk itself, there are bases of brokers, mercenaries, smugglers, there are arms dealers for all kinds of criminal groups, a dacha A village where anyone can buy a house, shops, stalls, a military registration and enlistment office—in short, everything they need for both regular and military activities.
