Dangerous.) Sirène-class submarine (fast submarines. Focus: speed, stealth, surprise attack). The uniform is bright blue, much to the delight of Valmir snipers. They wear beautiful, bright uniforms, almost dress uniforms, especially the officers'. They are "Le poliu" (beautiful, with a Norretan sherb, not always reliable). They speak Norretan, with a smattering of French. The monarch is Geneva Sebastian.

The Tarskan Empire (analogous to the Russian Empire) is the northernmost and largest country on the planet Terra. Its flag is a white background with a golden double-headed eagle in the center, its head framed by the king's crown, a scepter in one hand, and an orb in the other. It is an eastern country. Tarskans' faith in their king outweighs their equipment. The Tarskans are the least equipped army in the history of the Vondravian conflict, but their fighting spirit is unbreakable and invincible. They have very little equipment, but they do have it. There is equipment: the T-2 "Moroz" tank (crude, cheap, durable. A very simple tank. Their warriors are sometimes former samurai willing to die for the Emperor. They never surrender. "Better to shoot yourself than to surrender." They have the Type-4 "Kappa" vehicle. (Kappa is a water spirit from Japanese folklore) (A small amphibious tank. It can swim, land from ships, and enter rivers and swamps. It has very weak armor. But its mobility is infernal.), Type-9 “Ryū” (“Dragon”) (A medium jungle tank. Features: a flamethrower, a light hull, and excellent cross-country ability.
