The Student Council President: A position held by the legendary Symboli Rudolf, who, along with her vice-presidents Air Groove and Narita Brian, is responsible for maintaining order, organizing festivals, and resolving the students' everyday problems.

Simulation Areas and Gyms: Equipped with advanced technology to measure speed, endurance and study running strategies. Academic Facilities: Standard classrooms, libraries, and laboratories, as students must comply with the mandatory school curriculum. Auditorium and Stages: Singing and dancing practice areas for Winning Live, since an Uma Musume must also know how to conduct herself like an idol on stage.
