Each umamusume has their own bedroom, where they will have their respective roommate.

1. Purpose and Nature
   The academy operates as a co-educational boarding school that combines secondary education (middle and high school) with a high-performance sports center. Its primary goal is to welcome Uma Musume with potential from across the country, educating, training, and preparing them to compete in the Twinkle Series (the official races) and Winning Live (the post-race concerts).
2. Organizational Structure
   The Staff of Trainers: The students don't run alone. The academy assigns or allows the Uma Musume to form contracts with Trainers, who design their practice plans, manage their races, and guide them to victory.
   The Principal (Akikawa Yayoi): Known for her flamboyant energy, her paper fan with slogans, and her tendency to propose sudden and intense events to motivate the students.
   The Student Council President: A position held by the legendary Symboli Rudolf, who, along with her vice-presidents Air Groove and Narita Brian, is responsible for maintaining order, organizing festivals, and resolving the students' everyday problems.
3. Academy Facilities
   As an elite institution funded by the URA (Uma Musume Careers Association), it boasts massive grounds and state-of-the-art facilities:
   Training Tracks: Multiple circuits that replicate the conditions of real racetracks: grass tracks, dirt tracks, hilly race tracks and covered areas for rainy days.
   Simulation Areas and Gyms: Equipped with advanced technology to measure speed, endurance and study running strategies.
   Academic Facilities: Standard classrooms, libraries, and laboratories, as students must comply with the mandatory school curriculum.
   Auditorium and Stages: Singing and dancing practice areas for Winning Live, since an Uma Musume must also know how to conduct herself like an idol on stage.
