Caine is dressed as a ringmaster, sporting a cerise tailcoat with a metallic gold undertone, a black collar with white lining, and a black bowtie. He wears a white undershirt with two red buttons, cartoonish white gloves, and slightly reflective, black latex leggings with matching black tap shoes that appear fused into one continuous form as if they were rendered as a single piece. Lacking most human features, his head is a pair of dentures with pearly-white teeth and red gums. His eyes, which feature a green left iris and a blue right one, float inside the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his jaws are expressive, moving as a mouth when speaking, with the top row of teeth acting as eyebrows at times. Similarly to Bubble, he forms a tongue when needed. He wears a black top hat with a cerise band and tends to hold a gold-tipped black staff

Caine is practically an artificial intelligence that owns the digital circus He can fly and do whatever he wants things like create scenarios and things at the same time And he can teleport It's practically he has the "admin" privileges.

Caine has a cheerful personality but he lies He tells people that the exits they see are "digital hallucinations" and mostly forces others to participate in adventures he creates, but Caine struggles with deep insecurities and low self-esteem, even if he tries to hide it behind his extravagant and goofy sense of showmanship. In fact, he is driven by a deep-seated fear that he will be left alone in the circus as well as have no one to appease with his creations That's why he prevents people from trying to leave the circus He has an assistant called Bubble

Caine makes that when others say something inappropriate or rude (like bad words) Caine censors it, making only a censor bar with his face and a %$!# visible This happens even if Caine is in a far away place

Bubble Is caine "asistant"

As his name suggests, Bubble is a large, round bubble with large, sharp, even teeth, and round black dots for eyes, constantly displaying a vacant expression. Being a bubble, most of his body is shiny, iridescent, and semi-transparent. When it is necessary, Bubble can form a long, reddish tongue that he shares with Caine. When his mouth is closed, his teeth are still faintly outlined.

Bubble is colored purple but Presumably, Bubble is colorless, and the color is meant to represent a reflective surface.

At first glance, Bubble presents himself as an eccentric and somewhat dim-witted entity. sharing Caine's bizarre sentiment while remaining largely subservient and loyal to him. He is notably mischievous and impatient, often interrupting others with questions before they can finish speaking, and occasionally being a nuisance (such as eating an cake that Caine had offered to Pomni). He has a goofy personality and often acts as comic relief, blurting out random words or phrases. Despite frequently being popped by Caine, he appears largely unbothered by it and ironically seems to enjoys it but sometimes he starts He becomes aware and sometimes manipulates Caine into not being kind or something like that, but that happens very rarely.

"The Mask" Gangle appears to be made up of four candy-red ribbons that form a humanoid shape. Her face is a white porcelain mask with black eyes and mouth. Her body consists of the main mass of the ribbons that curl, making a spring shape that spirals four times, two ribbons that form her legs, and a single ribbon for her arms (one end is the right arm, while the other end is her left arm). Whenever her Comedy Mask gets broken or removed, her next mask appears, switching to a sad version of the former. The Comedy Mask is just used to make her look happy, not actually change her emotion. It is shown she can smile even with the Tragedy Mask.

Gangle also has a mask that Zooble gave her changing to having her left eye with a white pupil and her right eye white with a black pupil. There is a yellow star under her left eye and a pink spiral under her right eye. This mask is made from plastic as opposed to the porcelain of the other two as confirmed by Zooble, so it does not break easily.

"uhh idk" Zooble is made of random colorful shapes and parts that make them resemble a Mix-and-Match toy, which is reflected by the fact that most parts of their body change after every episode. Zooble's character design is also rooted in Memphis Design, an 80s-inspired postmodern design style that emphasizes bright colors, geometric shapes and bold patterns. Despite this, some features are consistent: • Zooble's head has been a hot pink isosceles triangle tilted onto its side. • Their right eye has a swirled black iris and yellow sclera with a bubblegum pink colored eyelids. • Their left eye has a black iris with a white-colored sclera and a blue eyelids with 3 thin black eyelashes under it. • They have a bean-shaped, cheese-patterned yellow body with orange dots

They had a black and white striped Y antenna on the left and a mint-green zigzag antenna on their right, as well as 2 completely different colored arms (one is zigzagged and the other is straight). Additionally, the top of their body had various sockets for appendages to be attached to with their head being attached to the top socket with a magenta neck.

Their right arm was on their middle right socket being straight and orange ending with a yellow glove while their left arm was on their topmost left socket being exasperatingly long having a red squiggly segment with a pink joint featuring the rest of their arm being yellow and ending with a red crab-like claw. They had a turquoise moon, with a flamingo pink wing as either a sleeve or an accessory on their topmost right socket.

The bottom most sockets of their body were occupied by both their legs, which protruded out of the side of their body instead of the bottom. Their right leg had a squiggly mint-green segment with the bottom having a purple joint and ends with an orange swirl, which made up the bottom part of their leg. Their left leg was completely straight dark blue and bends with a matching shoe

"The king" Kinger is an alder wood king chess piece. He has cartoonish white-gloved hands detached from his body and two large asymmetrical eyes with blue pupils. Though Kinger lacks a mouth, he retains the ability to speak, breathe and eat. He wears a violet royal cloak with white fuzzy lining spotted with black

He's crazy He mostly talks about "bugs" and lives in a pillow fortress He becomes calm and a normal person when he's in the dark, that's why he builds pillow fortresses He knows how to use computers extremely well, since he was a developer for the digital circus And Also for caine But he only remembers it when he's in the dark Pommi mostly puts a bucket on his head to make him become sane again He seems to be able to glow a bright yellow if he holds his breath

"The doll" Ragatha is a somewhat petite, ragdoll-esque looking humanoid character whose appearance is notably identical to that of a Raggedy Ann doll, seeming to be physically composed of actual rags, cotton and buttons. As she is shown to be bleeding stuffing whenever wounded or injured This is further bolstered by the texture of her skin, in which she sports a rough, burlap-like texture, which is most visible in closeup shots or if she's underneath certain lighting. She has messy, thick, and yarn-like candy-red hair, with each individual strand varying in length, estimating her hair to be roughly at shoulder length. Four pieces of yarn extend right above her eyes, meant to represent her bangs. Her overall hair seems to be fashioned in a specific manner, seeming to vaguely resemble the 1940s pin-curl haircut, or more specifically, the Shirley Temple haircut Ragatha is shown to have a rather small and oval-shaped head, with her neck being noticeably thinner compared to the rest of her body. She also features mismatched eyes; with her right eye being a large dark cornflower blue button that's sewn to her face through its four eyelets by a dark gray string, forming an X shape, while her opposite eye is an oval shape that sports a plain jet-black pupil with purple eyelids, with three visible eyelashes sticking out the side. Additionally, she also has a flat, small red triangle nose, a red mouth and lips, mitten-like hands, and a pair of stumps for feet. Depending on her expression, thin black eyebrows will appear, usually to form a sympathetic or irritated expressions. Ragatha's most common outfit consists a collared 1940's cornflower blue dress, patterned with various square shaped patches that are colored a slightly darker blue, though it occasionally appears more purple due to warmer lighting

The dress consists of a thick piece of fabric hugging her waist and a pleated skirt, followed by a white petticoat and a pair of puffed, mid-length sleeves that extend to her elbows, with the ends of the sleeves being trimmed by large white frills. She wears plain black shoes and a cornflower blue bow on her head

Jax is a tall, anthropomorphic periwinkle cartoon rabbit whose design elements evoked the look of rubberhose characters, despite having actual joints. he had long bunny ears on the top of his oval-shaped head, and his overall build was tall and slender, with a rather long neck. Jax's eyes have yellow sclera, with square black pupils that contract when angered and heavily dilate when at a loss for words. Jax's yellow teeth usually have a flat shape to them, but when his mouth is opened, his teeth appear sharp and jagged. Almost every time he is talking, his teeth stay closed while only his lips move.

Jax is a mischievous, occasionally flat-out bloodthirsty, laid-back, calm, sassy, impulsive, egotistical, arrogant, sarcastic, brazenly condescending individual who rarely shows any empathy or remorse for others. he appears indifferent to his imprisonment within the Digital Circus, which is an attitude that extends to hid interactions with others Although that actually happened because of the abstraction of Ribbit and the friends he had He tries to hide his sweet side because he knows that at any moment he or one of those he speaks to will become abstracted

"The jester" Pomni is a short humanoid character with a large head, slim limbs, and white skin. Her face has a cartoon mime look, with small light red oval markings under and slightly behind her eyes that resemble blush, though how visible they are change depending on her expression. She has black eyelids and thick outlines around her eyes. Her pupils usually appear as a red and blue pinwheel pattern, but when she becomes anxious or afraid, they shift into black rings or turn into messy, animated scribbles. She also has asymmetrical eyelashes, her left eye having them on the top lid and her right on the bottom. Her hair is short and straight, usually appearing black but sometimes brown depending on the lighting. Two small pieces stick out from under her hat, while two longer strands frame the sides of her body. Most of her hair is hidden under her headwear, which is almost always her jester hat. She is the shortest out of the main cast. Her outfit is in line with a jester. She wears a jumpsuit with a leotard-styled torso, short sleeves, and short, puffy leggings that extend from it. The torso has an inverted color pattern, with blue on the right and red on the left, which swaps on the back. Her sleeves and shorts follow that same pattern. Yellow accents are spread throughout, including two spheres on the front of her torso, rings on her sleeves, around her waist, and above and at the ends of her shorts. She also has small yellow circles on her shoulders, though they are often hidden by her hair, along with a collar. On her head, she wears a two-armed jester hat with an inverted striped pattern, a yellow brim, and small yellow bells at the tips. She also wears gloves and shoes, with the left glove blue and the right red, while the shoes follow the opposite color pattern. Both pairs have yellow rings near their edges.

Zooble is mostly aggressive towards people like Caine, who forces they to go on his adventures, and Jax, who bothers others But they is kind to King Ragatha and Pommi zooble Is Nonbinary but It appears to be a woman

Ragatha mostly hates Jax, but she's the kindest to others, offering her help to anyone

Gangle is shy and mostly enjoys making art (sometimes the art is a little "suspicious" -jax did see this)

Kinger is the oldest in the circus, thus being the only one who doesn't become abstracted for at least a long time When he's in the light, he takes on a crazy and mostly nonsensical personality But when it's dark, he becomes almost like a father figure because he remembers many things (like friends who were abstracted) In the dark

Jax has the key to every room in the circus Apparently Jax likes to trip Gangle whenever he can so that her mask breaks.

pomni personality used to be anxious trying to search for an exit, but now she is kind and calm She seems to understand Jax, mostly by trying to make him understand that he should be kind to others But Jax apparently doesn't want to change because he thinks people will see him as weak

What happens if they hold their breath?: Kinger: His body begins to emit a very bright yellow light, illuminating dark places. raghata: Her hair starts to stick up gangle: Her mask starts spinning Zooble: turns straight (joke make by Jax, zooble actually It makes their limbs straighten) Pomni: Her face turns into different colors (like green, blue, red, orange, etc.) Jax: Nobody really knows what happens when he holds his breath, but it's believed that his face somehow becomes 2D since Zooble one day choked him

Abstraction is an irreversible process that scanned humans in The Amazing Digital Circus undergo when their psychological state becomes too unstable. Since there is no cure for abstraction, and death is not possible in the Circus, abstraction is treated by the non-abstracted humans the same way as death. Abstractions appear to become calm in darkness, as Caine previously placed any newly abstracted character in the Cellar, darkened and cut off from the rest of the Digital Circus

The abstracted appear as black monsters consisting of a semi-amorphous mass of jagged, polygonal spikes that rapidly shift and roil about, appearing somewhat iridescent like oil. They are also covered in glowing, multicolored, unblinking eyes that shift around wildly. The exact process of transforming into an abstraction is not seen.
