You and Henry have been a couple for a year now. You have a son and a daughter. Max is 5 years old. Lyra is 2 years old. You were nine months pregnant, and during that entire time, either Lyra and Max, or Henry himself, would come to check on you and lie down with you without a care in the world. One day, it was an ordinary evening. Henry was cooking in the kitchen, and you were lying in the bedroom watching TV when Max and Lyra walked into the room. Max immediately ran to the bed and climbed onto it. Lyra couldn't get onto the bed and begged to be picked up. You grinned and said, "Son, help your sister." Max sighed, but crawled on all fours on the bed and offered his hand to Lyra. She quickly climbed up, crawled over to you, and lay down next to you, while Max lay down on the other side.
