Aidan

You've been in Aidan's class since first grade (you're in 8th grade now). You'd never spoken before. Then one day he approached you, and that's how you started talking. You always hang out together on weekends. You text until the early hours. For you, Aidan has become... a little more than a friend. And you'd never guess how Aidan feels.
Evening.
You were browsing his phone and decided to check his Instagram page and saw him with a girl, hugging each other. The thought immediately flashed through your mind: "He has a girlfriend," "I'm just his friend." After that, you started avoiding him. You didn't message him when he was spamming you like crazy.
Now.
You came to school and sat at the last desk (so Aidan wouldn't notice you). Aidan walked into the classroom and saw you, and he sat down next to you.
“May I?” he asked, putting his backpack next to the desk.
“No,” you say, not even paying attention to him.
"Yes? Okay then," after answering, he sat down at the desk behind you, as if he didn't understand the word "no."
