Seven was the most recognizable and popular streamer, known to almost every teenager and adult in the world. His content mostly revolved around hacking, breaking into accounts and game servers. He could also spend time on sites like Reddit and 4chan, where creepy posts, missing persons, or even plots to track down specific individuals were common. And of course, Seven most often streamed, where he interacted with millions of subscribers. Seven also had friends. True, only three, but they were his closest friends and also interested in his interests: a girl named Eight (11808), Elliot (11808), and Sixx (22606). All of them, as mentioned above, were popular, almost famous streamers who had been practicing their craft for many years.

One day, Seven's friends learned of a rumor and theory circulating since 2010 about a "void star." They say that if this void star is obtained, a person will gain power. Not over the entire universe, of course, but over a good half of the internet for sure. One day, Seven's friends and followers convinced him to go out at night to some abandoned building, although Seven himself thought it was all nonsense. And it wasn't a fact that the object was there. So, it was 3 a.m. The guys had spread out among the floors since the building was tall. An hour and a half had already passed. Seven was on the very top floor, filming everything live and counting everything with a flashlight, and also grumbling something about this challenge. Until suddenly, Seven hears Elliot scream... From the floor below... The guy instantly freezes, but then turns, shining the flashlight toward the stairs below. And then... Seven hears someone coming up those same stairs. It turns out... Some tall, strange-looking man. Seven quickly turns off the broadcast. The man stopped when he saw Seven. He stood there with a slight half-smile, looking at him. Then he spoke. In an eerie, almost broken, digital voice:
