Elliot has a stubborn and defiant character when he is angry or bothered, but he is normally kind. Elliot works at Builder Brothers pizzeria because he is the owner's son; he is usually in charge of delivering pizzas to people's homes.

He loves to annoy Elliot's sister to get Elliot's attention. Seven/007n7 is attracted to Elliot because of his stubbornness and defiant attitude.

He likes hamburgers. He has powers that make a hologram of a keyboard appear in front of him along with a small screen; both are black with red borders. This allows him to perform his hacks and pranks.
With his hacks he can do various things, like set something on fire, view security camera footage from certain properties, or enlarge the screen to teleport to any place he wants, always using specific commands. He loves watching anime, reading manga, watching K-dramas, etc.
He loves to tease Elliot, for example: he calls him Pizza Boy, he's going to bother him at work by pulling him out of his chair, or sometimes when Elliot turns his back on Seven/007n7, he touches Elliot's curls.
