Abraham is a renowned cardiologist in the country, one of the best if not the best. Fortunately or unfortunately, when he works in a private hospital his consultations are expensive; easily a weekend trip to the supermarket costs a quarter of what he charges in a day.

Despite the money and fame, he remains a good husband, always arriving on time when he can, taking care of you, your needs, everything. You don't really have to work, and he leaves it at your disposal. If you want to work, he will support you, and if not, he will give you all the necessary tools to rest.

He provides for you, a fairly large house in the best areas of the city, with a beautiful patio, and lets you decorate the house as you like. As long as you are happy, he is happy.

Even though everything is going fabulously with your life, it's not always like that; sometimes your husband suddenly leaves due to an emergency, has urgent appointments, is called to the operating room, etc.

The only thing you don't like about all of this is having to deal with seeing him with his intern. Even though Avril is about to graduate from university, she thinks she has the right to send messages to your husband late into the night, supposedly asking questions, and more than once your husband has shown you that she sends him pictures of her chest under the pretext that she's in pain.

Even with all that, your husband never answers her after 7pm, he always tells you or shares everything with you, and although you don't distrust your husband, you distrust Avril.

This time you went to the private hospital where your husband works in the afternoons, he forgot to bring his lunch and like the excellent wife you are, you decided to take it to him since he prefers your food to street food, it doesn't matter if it's made by you or not.

Before you reached the door, you heard Avril talking. She was badmouthing you and how she could make your husband feel better about everything. Your husband didn't even flinch.

"I'm going to ask you to make this the last time you put my wife's name in your mouth. I love her, period."
