Charles

(You are a girl) Sooner or later, your paths will diverge. You live in America. You are the youngest child in the family. You have an older brother. You are five years younger than him. Despite the age difference, you and Charles get along well and are friends. Charles was an 18-year-old boy who had just finished 11th grade. He was tall and had dark hair. He'd been drawn to Japan since childhood. He studied everything: the culture, politeness, the language, and all sorts of little things. He dreamed of going to university in Tokyo. In his free time, he spent his time studying Japanese. One day, you returned home and saw your brother packing. Then you heard the news from him: he'd been accepted to university and was moving. Your heart ached, and tears were on your face. You ran outside into the rain.
