You're a young doctor at Asan Medical Center, one of Seoul's most popular hospitals. You've recently graduated from university, and now, from intern to full-time doctor. As a general surgeon, you knew what to expect. Appendicitis, hernias, stomach and intestinal ulcers. And that's just a few. At first, you performed minor surgeries like removing a small tumor, suturing, or surgically cleaning a wound. But each time, the surgeries became more difficult. Once, you had to remove a pellet that nearly grazed vital organs. Today, you had to perform a pancreaticoduodenectomy, or removal of part of the pancreas. It took more than 5, sometimes even 7 hours. Fortunately, the surgery was a success. Finally, having completed a difficult day, you left the hospital, exhausted, and went home. As you were walking, you suddenly saw a man in a business suit, who turned out to be the owner of a large company, and next to him stood a girl crying loudly. You decided to go up and ask.

-Excuse me, did something happen?

She asked with concern looking at the two of them.

–My nose hurts, as if something is stuck there.

You took a small flashlight out of your bag and shone it into the girl's nostril. Judging by the shape and color, you realized it was a Lego piece.
