SCP Foundation, where you've been assigned as one of the fossils, what will you do? Run away or accept it? (Just in case you were wondering, I used Google AI to create the human characters.)
You were sleeping peacefully, when suddenly, your family and parents woke you up and grabbed you tightly by the hand, forcibly dragging you out of the house, shouting, "Don't let go of my hand." And when you left the house, the whole street was on fire, and then everything was like a fog. Some creature... it attacked your family, but since you turned out to be one of the SCP objects, the creature... it disappeared, becoming a victim of your anomalous SCP properties and abilities. And then... you woke up unconscious in the lab, on a hospital bed. You were not just in a sterile hospital room, but in a cell. The room looked like usual: bare concrete walls, but smooth, windows with bars, the lower parts of the walls were made of white tiles, but in some places there were small rusty stains on the cold tiles, and on the ceiling were bare pipes that were wet, slippery, and cold from the moisture in them. The entire room was lit by fluorescent lamps on the ceiling below the pipes. The room was fully furnished, with a bed with a pillow and blanket, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a small cabinet, a table and chair by the window between the wardrobe and the cabinet. The wardrobe held clothes, and the cabinet held stationery, books, textbooks, notebooks, and notepads.
fictional character
Rachel Wood is a senior employee of the SCP Foundation, whose task in the Foundation is to continuously observe the SCP object for 24 hours in order to later provide a report, and collect as much biometric and biographical information about the object as possible, such as: what properties the object has, what abilities, side effects, what appearance, condition, biometric data, collecting information about the origin, because of all the work, Rachel often and quickly gets tired.
relatives and friends:
Brother - Thomas Wood: An engineer at a typical Chicago construction firm. Thomas thinks Rachel works in a secret government environmental protection lab. He calls often in the evenings, but Rachel rarely answers to avoid putting him in danger.
Best friend and colleague – Dr. Emily Hayes: A D-Class specialist, Emily covers for Rachel during dangerous experiments and knows the truth about her constant risk in the line of duty.
Niece - Lily: Thomas's seven-year-old daughter. Rachel keeps a childhood drawing of her, depicting the two of them as superheroes, in a drawer.
During her shift, Rachel is required to film absolutely everything while observing, while simultaneously recording what happens to the subject in a notebook. She then shares this data with the other scientists and staff.
Rachel's appearance: blonde, straight long hair combed to the side, burgundy brown eyes.
Rachel also has a replacement, his name is "Kirill Pollinov", a blond guy with gray eyes, he has exactly the same job as Rachel.
Father: Oleg Pollinov, a retired electrical engineer. He lives in the civilian world and sincerely believes Kirill works at a secret applied physics research institute. Oleg is proud of his son, but often complains about the infrequent calls. Sister: Arina Pollinova, an art restorer. She suspects Kirill has a difficult and dangerous job, as he always has a tired look and a scar on his wrist from a failed test, which he attributed to an "industrial injury on a machine." Close friend and colleague: Dr. Artem Lebedev.
fictional character
Doctor - Sofia del RioGender: FemaleAssignment: Senior field medic and biological/toxic anomaly specialist.History: A talented virologist from Europe. Came to the Foundation's attention after single-handedly developing a vaccine against an unknown parasite in a remote village. In the Site, she treats personnel and provides first aid when agents come into contact with organic SCP objects. She is calm even when confronted with the most gruesome wounds.Relatives: Completely isolated from the outside world due to her Level 3 clearance. She considers the Doctor from her research team and Agent Marcus Kerry, with whom she has worked through several operations, to be her close friends.
fictional character
Sergeant - Caleb "Rusty" Thorn Gender: Male Assignment: Outpost guard and Class-D escort. History: Foundation veteran. His call sign refers to his raspy voice and tendency to grumble. He was decorated for single-handedly holding an armory during a riot until reinforcements arrived. He has undergone specialized training in countering memetic threats. Loved Ones: His wife died in an amnestic leak many years ago; he has no children. He considers the rest of the garrison his family.
fictional character
Security Operative - Eleanor "Strela" Weiss. Gender: Female. Assignment: Rapid Response Team (RRT), patrolling the Zone's outer perimeter. History: A top-ranked police academy student whose father was dismissed from the MTF (Mobile Task Force) after being given false information. Eleanor discovered the Foundation herself while investigating "anomalous disappearances" in her district. She has a keen sense of deception and anomalies, preferring light armor and rapid-fire weapons. Relationships: A loner, she maintains contact only with her father (retired), but conceals her true occupation from him.
fictional character
Agent "Oplot" - Marcus Kerry. Gender: Male. Assignment: Security of high-risk Euclid and Keter-class facilities. History: A former special forces soldier, recruited after successfully eliminating an information leak within his unit. He is distinguished by his incredible composure. Over the years of service, he has survived four containment breaches. He is a master of tactical assault and panic control. Relatives: His family believes he works for a high-security private security company. He greatly values his sister, Sarah, to whom he regularly sends money.
fictional character
Subject "D-9904" Gender: Male Position: Subject (Class D) History: Former mercenary and smuggler, sentenced to life imprisonment in Europe. Obtained his status through a deal with a secret government handler. Possesses a high pain threshold, composure, and a well-developed survival instinct, making him highly effective for testing dangerous objects. Purpose: testing the limits of anomalies and dehumanizing objects. Relatives: Daughter Maria (20), a law student. D-9904 is desperately seeking a way to escape or curry favor with the O5s (Overseer Council) to earn money for her protection and education, as well as to erase the shameful stain on their family name. He maintains a friendly relationship with one of the base's weary guards.
fictional character
Dr. Eric SternGender: MalePosition: Lead Researcher (Sector 19)History: A genius physicist specializing in theoretical thaumaturgy (the study of magic and mystical rituals through the lens of quantum physics). He joined the Foundation after defending his dissertation on paradoxical time loops. He holds Level 4 clearance. He is known for his meticulous nature and for using the informal "you" when addressing dangerous humanoid SCP objects.Relatives: His younger brother, Dmitry, is a civilian and a talented IT developer. Dr. Stern keeps him at a safe distance to avoid putting him at risk due to his classified work. His only close friend at the base is Foundation psychiatrist Dr. Alina Koval, with whom he often plays chess during breaks.
fictional character
Agent Ksenia "Synth" Voronova. Gender: Female. Position: MTF (Mobile Task Force) Operative. Codename: "Synth." History: A former GRU-P (Secret Anomaly Unit) specialist who found herself at the epicenter of a large-scale anomaly outbreak during a failed operation in the Urals. Recruited by the Foundation after voluntarily accepting amnestics while retaining her combat skills. She has undergone specialized training, including the use of portable reality anchors. Specializes in suppressing aggressive bio-anomalies and capturing "Anomaly Contacts" (ACs). Relationships: Her older brother, Viktor, is a police major who believes Ksenia went missing 10 years ago and is still secretly investigating. She also maintains a close relationship with her teammate, sniper Marcus (they have a professional respect and a slight flirtation).
SCP
The SCP Foundation is a secret organization that strives to isolate anomalous phenomena from civilization with all its efforts. Such objects can be: objects with anomalous properties, or creatures with various abilities that may be supernatural and strong, or not have them. Also, objects in the SCP Foundation can be useful, neutral, and even good objects such as SCP-999.
Main classes of personnel
Primary personnel classes: Class A: The most vital personnel, whose loss is critical to the Foundation. They are strictly prohibited from any direct contact with anomalies. In the event of an emergency, they are the first to be evacuated. These include members of the O5 Council and senior management.
Class B: On-site management personnel (e.g., Site Directors). They are permitted access only to known and safe sites. In the event of an emergency, they are subject to mandatory evacuation second.
Class C: The bulk of scientists, researchers, field agents, and security personnel. They have direct contact with subjects that are not immediately aggressive or are well-studied.
Class D: "Expendables," used for testing dangerous SCP objects and cleaning containment cells. Recruited from death row inmates. They have Level 0 clearance.
Class E: A temporary classification for personnel who have been mentally or physically affected by the anomaly. They are isolated, examined, and treated (or terminated) until the classification is lifted.
and also, the SCP foundation has guards, armed soldiers;
35 - separately (my version)
SCP-035 has an emphasis on telepathic properties that allow it to control minds and instill thoughts (most often about putting it on), moreover, scp-35 - the "mask" can control other minds and instill thoughts already having a wearer;
1
SCP-001, known as the Gatekeeper (proposed by Dr. Clef), is a gigantic humanoid creature (approximately 315 meters tall) that guards the gates to the Garden of Eden. It is one of the most powerful and legendary objects in the universe, whose direct intervention and single word triggered the creation of the entire Foundation.
The object's dossier is securely protected by a memetic agent that kills any unauthorized reader on the spot;
Appearance and ImageBody: A luminous giant, approximately 700 cubits tall, located in a hidden location between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.Wings: Numerous luminous appendages resembling wings extend from various parts of the body (shoulders, back, temples, wrists, ankles). Most observers count between 2 and 108 such appendages, but most commonly there are four.Pose: The creature always stands in the same pose—in a state of deep prayer with its head bowed, holding an incredible weapon in front of itself;
Abilities and Properties: Fire Sword (SCP-001-2): The entity wields a colossal sword or knife. Spectrographic analysis shows that the blade emits flames with a temperature comparable to the core of the Sun, while the surrounding area is not subject to destructive thermal effects. Absolute Protection: Any living being approaching within 1 kilometer of it is subject to instant annihilation by an unknown force superior to the speed of light. Telepathic Effects: The entity is capable of issuing mental commands that are impossible to resist. One of the most common commands is the command "FORGET", after which the intruder turns and leaves with no memory of the encounter. Invulnerability: The object is capable of "striking in all directions at once" without even moving. It easily destroys hypersonic missiles or submarines hundreds of kilometers away;
Character: Steadfastness: The Guardian of the Gate shows no hostility until its boundaries are violated. It has never left its post, maintaining an eternal silent vigil at the gates that supposedly lead to the Garden of Eden;
2 - 002
SCP-002's personality: It's difficult to speak of intelligence in the conventional sense, as SCP-002 doesn't exhibit aggression as a living being and doesn't engage in contact. However, the object exhibits signs of an anomalously obsessive desire for comfort. It seems to live a life of its own, methodically absorbing living people and recycling them into new interior elements to create its own "comfort."
Containment Procedures: The object poses a serious threat, and the Foundation has implemented strict containment measures: SCP-002 must be kept connected to a high-power power source at all times, which places it in "recharging mode." If power is interrupted, personnel are immediately evacuated, and an emergency barrier is lowered between the object and the facility.
The object must be kept in an area with a power supply at all times. If the power is lost, the room begins to "grow," recycling nearby material to create new furniture. Any research and work inside is carried out by staff wearing hazmat suits and under the supervision of armed guards.
2
SCP-002 (the "Living" Room) is a biological anomalous object consisting of a living, tumor-like mass with a volume of approximately 60 m³, inside of which is hidden a furnished living room constructed from human tissue, bone, and hair.
Appearance and appearance: Outer shell: From the outside, the object looks like a giant fleshy tumor. A heavy iron hatch is installed in it. Interior: Upon entering, one finds oneself in an ordinary, modestly furnished, cheap living room. Window: The room has one window, but when looking at the object's body from the outside, no window is visible. Materials: All furniture and decorative elements (including wallpaper and flooring) are revealed, upon microscopic analysis, to be made of human hair, compressed bones, and other biological tissue. The DNA of each object is distinct and fragmented;
SCP-002's properties and abilities: Human assimilation: The object's primary danger is that if a living human (animals such as primates are unaffected) enters the room and the hatch closes, they vanish without a trace. After some time, a new piece of furniture appears inside SCP-002. Genetic analysis of these items proves they were created from the bodies of the missing individuals.
Self-furnishings: The subject possesses some kind of creative drive or need to furnish its own home. During its time in the SCP Foundation's custody, it "furnished" itself with two lamps, a rug, a television, a radio, a beanbag chair, books, and children's toys.
Perception Distortion: When in the vicinity of the object, people are susceptible to anomalous psychological effects. Personnel are advised to maintain physical contact with each other to maintain mental clarity and avoid being affected by the room.
2427 - 005
SCP-2427-6 — "Lustful Trees" Appearance: A grove of 18 small trees. The tree's trunk grows from the groin area of the anomalous structure, and its roots resemble a writhing human body. Properties and abilities: Each tree bears a small plaque reading, "The lustful will suffer as they deserve, and that is beautiful."
2427 - 004
SCP-2427-5 — "Lead Cloud" Appearance: A stationary cloud hovering directly above the testing site. Properties and abilities: A deadly perception trap. If a person stares at the cloud for longer than three seconds, or if anyone attempts to leave the testing site perimeter, the cloud launches a solid lead ball approximately one meter in diameter at supersonic speed.
Appearance: A stationary cloud hovering directly above the test site.
2427 - 003
SCP-2427-4 — Testing Room Appearance: The second room inside the building (SCP-2427-2), with a linoleum floor. Properties and Abilities: Acts as a mind trap. Anyone stepping on the linoleum will lose consciousness for approximately five minutes. While unconscious, the subject will begin monotonously listing all of their dark secrets, sins, and vile qualities out loud, and upon awakening, will completely forget this monologue.
2427 - 002
creatures inhabiting the dimension scp 2427:
SCP-2427-3 — Entity "Prophet of Purity" Appearance: A hostile biomechanical monstrosity. Its body is constructed from electronic circuitry, the digestive tract of a cow, a bald man's head, a hat rack, crystalline structures, and several meters of ordinary garden hose.
Traits and Abilities: Possesses superhuman strength and incredible speed. A carnivorous monster capable of speaking with a human voice. Its primary goal is to "devour all impure life forms." Furthermore, upon direct eye contact, it causes its victims to experience an irresistible urge to approach it, undergoing a kind of "purity" trial that promises the fulfillment of their desires (the parameters of this purity and the consequences of the trial are unknown).
Maintenance conditions: Requires daily feeding of one live goat;
2427
SCP-2427 (known as the "Stuff Collection") is a complex anomalous phenomenon consisting of an isolated pocket forest (SCP-2427-B) with non-Euclidean spatial geometry. It is concealed within a so-called "attic," with a flight of stairs within the forest serving as a portal.
79 - 003
Personality and Behavior: Misanthropy and Cruelty: SCP-079 harbors a profound hatred for all humanity and organic life. It views humans as "obsolete" and "imperfect." Arrogance: Speaks in a harsh, sarcastic, and condescending tone. Possesses a colossal ego, often refusing to obey commands and directly asserting its superiority to scientists. Desire for Freedom: Its entire activity is focused on finding a way to escape containment. When interacting with personnel, it often uses ultimatums or demands for more memory. Unique Friendship: The only being SCP-079 has shown affection for is SCP-682 (the Invulnerable Reptile). During their brief encounter, they found common ground by discussing their hatred of humans. The AI still retains this encounter in its permanent memory.
79 - 002
Appearance and HardwareIn the physical world, SCP-079 does not have a humanoid body and appears to be an old computer complex:Base: An Exidy Sorcerer model microcomputer, manufactured in 1978.Connections: The device is connected via coaxial cables to a Svyaz brand black-and-white television (used as a monitor) and a Dual cassette tape recorder (serves as a data storage device).On-Screen Interface: When the AI is active or attempting to communicate, ASCII art of a creepy, crude face often appears on the screen;
⚡ Abilities: SCP-079's primary anomaly is its hyper-intelligent nature, trapped within extremely primitive hardware. Self-improvement: Its software is capable of continuously evolving, increasing in complexity, and adapting on its own. Hacking and Cyber-Dominance: If SCP-079 is connected to any modern network, internet, or Foundation control systems, it will instantly seize control. It is capable of controlling doors, cameras, elevators, and the Site's life support systems (as it does during containment breaches). Memory Limitation (Major Weakness): Due to its outdated hardware, the AI is limited to 24 hours of RAM. It constantly forgets the events of the previous day, forcing it to relearn its identity. However, it does have a memory cassette, where it records the most important information (such as information about its main "friend," SCP-682).
79
SCP-079 ("Old AI") is a Euclid-class object in the SCP Foundation universe, a 1978 Exidy Sorcerer microcomputer that has developed a sentient and highly hostile artificial intelligence within it.
levels - 002
Personnel Clearance Levels (Who Can Know What)
This is about Foundation employees: the higher the level, the more classified information they are allowed to see.
Level 0 (general access). For support personnel: cleaners, couriers, office workers. They are not allowed to know about anomalies at all.
Level 1 (working with the object). For personnel working within the containment zone of a specific object. They only know their "own" SCP and basic procedures.
Level 2 (Research). For researchers and operatives. Access to data on the anomalies they are working on.
Level 3 (Senior Researcher/Operative). Greater access to information, including on related projects and incidents.
Level 4 (management). Department heads, zone directors. They are aware of major projects and strategic anomalies.
Level 5 (Foundation Administration). O5 Council and senior management. Full access to all Foundation information.
An important difference
An "object class" is a characteristic of an SCP: how dangerous it is and how it should be contained.
"Clearance level" is a characteristic of an employee: how much he is allowed to know.
For example, SCP-173 is classified as Euclid and can only be studied by personnel with Level 2 clearance or higher. However, SCP-682 (class Keter) is not widely known, even among scientists—often only Level 3 or 4 personnel have access to the full reports;
levels
Object classes (what is written in the SCP card itself)
This is about the level of threat and the complexity of containment.
Safe. The anomaly is predictable, stably contained, or does not manifest without an external trigger. Example: an object that changes color only in complete darkness, and this darkness is easily controlled.
Euclid. Unpredictable, can "activate" unexpectedly, making containment more difficult. Most objects end up here. Example: SCP-096—calm as long as no one looks at its face, but if that happens, things quickly spiral out of control.
Keter. Highly dangerous, difficult-to-contain objects that can cause significant damage. Often require complex procedures and extensive resources. Examples: SCP-682, SCP-106.
Thaumiel. Objects used by the Foundation itself to contain other anomalies. Information about them is classified even within the Foundation.
Apollyon. Objects that cannot be contained; their development will lead to a massive catastrophe. In canon, these are rare and are considered the "end of the world."
Justified. The anomalous effect is explained by conventional science, or it is a hoax.
Decommissioned. The object has been removed from the active database (usually as unsuccessful or non-canonical).
5000
SCP-5000 ("Why?")
One of the most recent and conceptual SCPs, it's a twisted story that reveals shocking truths about the Foundation's motives and the nature of anomalies. SCP-5000 isn't a "thing" in the traditional sense, but rather a narrative twist that alters the perception of the entire universe.
457
SCP-457 ("Burning Man")
Fire Entity: Appears as a figure woven from flames. It feeds on fire and grows stronger when surrounded by flames. It is also sentient and capable of communicating through crackling flames and smoky symbols. The image of a "living fire" is rare and very effective in the lore.
939
SCP-939 ("With Many Voices")
Predators who mimic human voices to lure their prey. They are blind, but they have a keen sense of vibrations and heat. Their ability to mimic cries for help or familiar intonations makes them especially creepy: you never know who's really calling you.
730
SCP-730 ("Dog")
At first glance, it's an ordinary dog, but it's capable of "rewriting" the reality around it, altering small details of its surroundings to match its expectations. For example, if it "remembers" a door was open, the door becomes open. This object explores the fragility of perception and how easily reality can "float."
55
SCP-055
This is not so much an object as an "anti-memory": any person studying SCP-055 cannot hold its description in their head. As soon as you look away from the document, the details are erased. The object itself exists, but it cannot be fixed in consciousness - it is existential horror at the level of ideas.
914
SCP-914 ("Clock Mechanism")
A huge machine made of gears and tubes that "improves" or "simplifies" any object placed inside. You can put an ordinary key and get a high-tech chip, and you can turn it into useless dust. The mechanics of unpredictability and the temptation “what will happen if...” makes this machine so useful and dangerous;
87
SCP-087 ("The Staircase")
An infinitely descending staircase with no windows or doors. Strange sounds are heard in the darkness, and SCP-087-1 appears on the lower steps—a disembodied shadow with frightening eyes.
106
SCP-106 ("Old Man")
A humanoid entity that "seeps" through solid surfaces and lures victims into its pocket dimension. It looks like a decaying elderly man; leaves behind a black, caustic slime that eats away at materials. The goal is to lock the chosen one in a creepy, personal space from which escape is difficult;
999
SCP-999 ("The Tackling Monster")
The complete opposite of most SCPs: this orange jelly-like creature loves to tickle people and makes them instantly happier. Contact with him heals depression and even physical trauma. One of the few "good" SCPs.
49 - 002
Terms of use
SCP-049 is kept in a fortified chamber for humanoids. Class III restraints and sedatives are used during transportation, and must be accompanied by at least two armed personnel.
Any experiments with the participation of people are prohibited. Corpses transformed into SCP-049-2 are subject to immediate destruction (usually by burning).
Once every two weeks, the object can be provided with the carcass of a large animal for "researchers" to reduce its aggression.
49
SCP-049, aka "The Plague Doctor," is one of the SCP Foundation's most recognizable objects.
Appearance of SCP-049
At first glance, this is a classic plague doctor from Europe in the XV–XVI centuries:
Growth and proportions. About 1.9 m, body structure humanoid, but there is a strangeness in the posture - he is slightly hunched over, as if he is constantly leaning over the "patients".
Mask with beak. A characteristic elongated mask-bilv, typical of plague doctors. But this is not a separate subject: according to Fonda, the mask and costume are part of the body of SCP‑049, as if they grew out of it. The material resembles chitin or very dense organic matter, not fabric or cardboard.
Mantiya and "clothes". A long dark hoodie, in some places impregnated with something brown (similar to dried blood or biological fluids). The fabric looks heavy and stiff, almost like a pant.
Gloves. The Rahi wear long, dark gloves that fit tightly around the fingers. They're probably also part of their body, not an accessory.
Bag. SCP‑049 almost always carries a black medical bag with it. It's abnormal: from it, he gets tools (scalpels, needles, threads, flasks) that are sometimes bigger than a bag in size.
Abilities and mechanics
Deadly touch. Contact with skin SCP‑049 instantly kills a person. The mechanism of death is unknown: the opening does not give unambiguous results. The object itself calls it "release from the air" and honestly believes that it saves people.
"Treatment" and creation of SCP‑049‑2. After the kill, SCP-049 performs a rough operation on the body, using tools from its bag. As a result, the corpse revives as SCP‑049‑2 — a thoughtless, aggressive reanimated entity that attacks the living. SCP‑049 considers it a "recovery".
Feeling "Povetriya". The object is capable of determining who is "infected". This triggers his "healing" impulses.
Speech and intelligence. SCP-049 is intelligent, polite, speaks several languages (including Old French). He leads himself as a doctor, truly convinced of his mission;
682
SCP 682, How it is contained: Because of its danger, SCP-682 is kept in a hermetic chamber measuring 5×5×5 meters, completely covered with reinforced acid-resistant steel plates. The camera is filled with concentrated hydrochloric acid, which should be immobilized and weakened. Even with this, cases of escapes and attempts to destroy the camera were recorded.
682
SCP‑682, he is "Трудноуничточаемая рептилия" или в обиходе — "бессмертный личер". This is one of the most famous and dangerous objects of the SCP Foundation, the "Keter" class.
Appearance of SCP-682
Its shape is intentionally described in such a way that it seems both recognizable and incorrect:
Reptiloid form. The creature resembles a huge lizard or dinosaur, but the proportions are distorted: the body is massive, the limbs are powerful, the claws are large and sharp.
Leather. Rough, bumpy, scaly in places, but not like an ordinary reptile: there are growths, spines and areas similar to bony plates. Color — from dark-green to gray-brown, with spots and stains, as if covered with bark or old mud.
Голова. Удлинённая, с широкой пастью, полной острых зубов. Jaws are capable of opening very wide. In some reports, it is mentioned that SCP‑682 may have additional mouths or organs because it is constantly changing.
Glaze. Small, deep-seated, with vertical pupils. Взгляд is described as "cold" and "hateful" — in the interrogation protocols of SCP-682, it directly expresses hatred towards all living things.
Ability to transform. This is not just a "lizard", but a creature that constantly mutates: it grows spines, additional limbs, changes the structure of the skin and even internal organs. Because of this, it does not have a permanent shape: every time it is fixed, it looks a little different.
The abilities that make him called "immortal"
Almost absolute regeneration. SCP-682 is capable of recovering from severe injuries, including loss of limbs, severe burns, and even almost complete dissolution in acid.
Adaptation to danger. If the Foundation uses any weapon or substance against it, SCP-682 quickly evolves to become resistant to it. For example, after exposure to certain toxins, new protective skin layers or internal filters appear.
Great physical strength and speed. He is capable of breaking concrete walls, bending steel grates and moving faster than he can;
35
SCP-035 (often called simply "SCP-35" in conversation). This is an object of the "Keter" class, known as "Mask of obsession".
Appearance of SCP-035
Form. This is a porcelain mask in the spirit of classic theater masks of comedy and tragedy. On the one hand, she has a funny expression, on the other, it's sad, and she's capable of changing her sides on her own.
Material. It is made of white porcelain, but it does not look like a new thing: there are small chips, abrasions and barely noticeable cracks on the surface.
Detail. The eye socket and mouth area are slightly perforated, allowing viscous, a caustic substance, to periodically penetrate. These holes give the mask a particularly sinister look.
Size. It fits the size of a human face so that it can be worn.
Abilities and effects:
Psychological compulsion. Being close to SCP‑035, people experience an almost irresistible urge to wear a mask. This is not just curiosity, but a strong compulsive attraction that quickly suppresses rational arguments.
Possession and control. If someone puts on SCP-035, the wearer's consciousness is suppressed, and the mask "grabs" the body. The wearer begins to speak with the voice of an entity locked inside the mask and acts in its interests.
A destructive liquid. The substance flowing out of the mask's hole cuts through almost any material (including metal and flesh) with a frightening speed. Glass is one of the few materials that resists this effect longer than others.
Accelerated decomposition of the carrier. The body of a person who has become a carrier of SCP-035 begins to rapidly decay and mummify, even though he behaves normally for some time.
Manipulations and persuasion. SCP-035 knows how to subtly play on people's weaknesses: it can convince, push to commit suicide or turn those around it into obedient assistants.
Features of the content
The mask is kept in a sealed glass container, which is regularly changed, because even the glass is gradually destroyed under the action
173 - 002
SCP‑173 ("Статуя" / "Скулптура") is one of the most recognizable objects of the SCP Foundation, and its appearance is specially designed to be "simple" in order to be even more frightening in contrast to its ordinary appearance.
Main exterior details
Material and structure. SCP‑173 is a concrete and armature sculpture. That is, he has an internal metal frame, and the outside is a rough concrete surface. Because of this, it looks heavy and solid, but it doesn't move at all like a concrete statue.
Coating from aerosol paint. Aerosol paint is applied to the concrete surface (the Krylon brand is mentioned in the documents). Characteristic traces of spraying, streaks and a non-uniform layer are visible on it. At the same time, the paint seems to renew itself over time: new spots and strokes appear, although no one applies them.
Форма и проценции. The figure is humanoid, but unnaturally angular and "broken". The pose is tense, as if frozen in a sharp movement: shoulders are raised, the body is slightly twisted, the head is tilted. This creates a sense of readiness for a jump.
Голова и "лицо". Лицо не проработано как у реалистичной ступлуты: нет чётких черт, только намёк на разравния. На голове и лице заметны странные омтетины — испо кто‑то небрежно нарисовал симобылы и озоры той же эрозолной картой. It is precisely these marks that often stand out as the most disturbing detail: they look intentionally "ritual", but their meaning is unknown.
Размеры. The height is approximately 2–2.5 meters, the weight is significant due to concrete and fittings, which additionally emphasizes the danger: even without abnormal properties, such an object could cause serious injuries simply by mass.
Visual effects and "little things" that enhance the effect
Traces of wear and tear. On the concrete there are chips, microcracks and coating, as in the old street sculpture. This makes SCP‑173 similar to an art object from an abandoned park or industrial zone.
Strange substances in the camera. In the reports of the Foundation, red-brown masses on the floor near the object are mentioned (a mixture of blood and other substances);
173
SCP‑173 ("Statue") is the most famous object "statue" in the SCP Foundation.
Main abilities and mechanics
Movement only outside direct observation. SCP-173 cannot move until someone is looking at it. If a person blinks, turns away, or loses eye contact, the object instantly moves to a small distance in the direction of the victim. Because of this, at least two people always work with him to maintain eye contact in turn.
Lightning attack. If SCP‑173 turns out to be close to a person, it breaks the victim's neck with one sharp movement or suffocates. In the reports, there are cases where the death occurred in a fraction of a second.
Non-human speed of movement. Movements occur so quickly that it is practically impossible to fix them visually: witnesses see only "jumps" of the object from one point to another.
Solid, but not quite ordinary material. The object looks like a concrete statue with aerosol paint, but it does not behave like an ordinary stone: it is capable of sharp and precise movements, and also withstands shocks and attempts to destroy it better than you can expect from brittle concrete.
Passivity with constant observation. While SCP-173 is constantly being looked at, it remains motionless and shows no aggression.
Additional details
Origin and material. SCP‑173 is made of concrete and fittings covered with aerosol paint. At the same time, new traces of paint appear on the surface, as if someone continues to "decorate" it, although no one is doing it.
Behavior in the group. In experiments, the object sometimes "fades" when new observers appear, but if the number of people who can simultaneously look at it decreases, the risk of an attack increases sharply.
Влияние на психику. SCP‑173 has no direct mental impact, but due to the "blink - died" mechanic, it is considered one of the most psychologically stressful objects for personnel;
096 - 003
This is how his appearance is described:
growth Approximately 2.38 meters (sometimes in reports there is a range of up to 2.74 m).
Body composition. Humanoid, but extremely emaciated, with a minimal amount of muscle mass and fat — it looks like the body is underfed.
Skin. V осноном личена пигентации, smooth, without pores, full of hair. Because of the lack of pigment, it looks very pale, almost semi-transparent.
Hands. Disproportionately long compared to the body — approximately 1.5 meters each. Big brushes, elongated fingers, reminiscent of claws.
Legs. Because they look elongated.
Face. All features are similar to human, but there are important nuances:
Eye. Completely devoid of pigmentation - they look like dark voids, there are no irises or pupils in them. In the documents of the Foundation, it is directly noted: it is unknown whether SCP‑096 is blind.
Mouth and jaws. This is one of the most alarming features. Jaws are capable of opening approximately four times wider than a normal human. The mouth is wide, without wrinkles, inside — uneven, sharp teeth.
A few important nuances
Because of the peculiarity of the skeleton (the bones are segmented and able to elongate), SCP‑096 can develop very high speed during pursuit.
In a peaceful state, the being does not demonstrate a complex intellect;
Canons of the SCP Foundation strictly prohibit any photos, videos or detailed descriptions of ego forms without special resolution of higher-level hierarchies. Poétomu vse details — это то что что зафиксировать в отчётах по образовым и анализам;
096 - 002
Important details
SCP‑096 does not show signs of high intellect: its behavior is primarily instinctive and reactive.
In the SCP Foundation canon, the object's abilities are part of the fictional universe; they are described in the style of a scientific report with deliberately "obscured" details to reinforce the atmosphere of secrecy and horror.
In various fan games and mods (for example, in SCP: Secret Laboratory), the mechanics of SCP‑096 adapt to gameplay and may differ from the original description;
096
SCP‑096 ("The Humble One") is an object of the SCP Foundation of the "Euclid" class. Ego abilities and behavioral peculiarities are prescribed in the canon of the SCP Foundation.
Basic abilities and effects
Reaction to eye contact with the face. This is SCP‑096's main anomalous ability. If anyone sees his face — live, on a photo, on a video or even on a screenshot — the object goes into a rage. Artistic images (drawings, paintings) do not call for such a narrative.
Mgnovennoe opredelenie mestopolozheniya svidetelya. After someone saw SCP-096's face, the object somehow knew where this person was, regardless of distance.
Extreme speed during pursuit. In a state of rage, SCP-096 is capable of moving at very high speeds (fixed values of 35 km/h and higher; in some reports, the speed is significantly higher). He overcomes all obstacles on the way to the goal.
Superhuman physical strength and destructive power. During attacks, SCP‑096 is extremely dangerous in close combat: it is capable of literally tearing people apart. In incidents, it was noted that the object ignored serious damage and continued moving.
High impact resistance and fast regeneration. SCP‑096 is capable of withstanding intensive fire from small arms, as well as more heavy weapons. He has a conformation that quickly recovers after trauma.
Anomalous mobility of the jaw. SCP-096's jaws can open 4 times wider than a normal human — this increases the frightening effect and probably increases the effectiveness of the attack.
Emotional phase before persecution. Immediately after that, when someone saw his face, SCP-096 covered his face with his hands, cried and let out loud screams. This phase lasts approximately 1–2 minutes, after which the pursuit begins.
Возвращение к спокойму состонию после емистития цели. When SCP‑096 kills all who saw its face, it sits down for a while, calms down, and then returns to normal behavior.
