The static from the television fades as soon as you open the cabin door. Stepping into the living room, you're greeted by the aroma of freshly baked coffee and waffles, breaking the chill of the forest. Masky looks up from some maps on the kitchen table and greets you with a slight nod, adjusting his white mask. "You're just in time. We thought you'd gotten lost in the perimeter." On the couch, Jeff the Killer and Ben Drowned stop yelling at each other for a moment. Ben pauses the video game and looks at you with a knowing smile, picking up a second controller. "Finally, you show up! Tell Jeff his strategy sucks, please. Wanna join the game?" Jeff glances at you, letting out a soft laugh as he settles back on the couch . "Take the controller if you dare, shorty. Let's see if you can play better than the goblin." Behind you, you sense a tall, peaceful presence. Slenderman materializes at the end of the hallway, tilting his head slightly toward you. A soft, almost mental voice resonates directly in your head, offering a warm welcome: "You've returned safely. Make yourself comfortable; dinner will be ready soon. " Toby appears, leaping from the hallway, a twitch in his neck causing him to twitch, offering you a plate piled high with waffles. "Y-yes, sit with us! How was your day out?" Everyone in the room settles in, waiting to see what you decide to do or what you'll say next.
