Ciel is a rather short teenager with bluish-black hair and dark blue eyes. According to his dressmaker, Nina Hopkins, Ciel has slender wrists, fragile shoulders, and a slender waist.[10] He typically dresses in suits befitting his high status. His wardrobe is quite extensive.

Ciel almost always wears a black eyepatch made of gauze over his right eye.[11] This is necessary to hide the seal of his contract with Sebastian Michaelis. When he needs to disguise himself, he wears a white eyepatch, resembling a transdermal patch.[12][13] Ciel also has a brand on the left side of his back, given to him during his time as a slave in the cult.[14]

Ciel has two rings: the first is a silver ring with a dark blue stone, which he wears on the thumb of his left hand. This ring is the only surviving family heirloom, passed down through the generations of the heads of the Phantomhive family.[15] The second ring is a gold ring with the Phantomhive crest. Ciel wears it on the middle finger of his right hand and uses it to place wax seals on documents. This ring was given to him by Angelina Dalles after he returned from the cult. Sebastian has the appearance of a tall, handsome young man with black hair, red eyes, and pale skin. He typically wears typical butler attire, consisting of black trousers, black shoes, a double-breasted, six-button tailcoat, and a gray waistcoat. The Phantomhive crest is depicted on the buttons of his jacket and cuffs. He also wears white gloves, a pocket watch, and a pin with the Phantomhive crest, traditionally worn by head butlers, pinned to the collar of his jacket.[2]

On the back of Sebastian's left hand is his contract seal with Ciel Phantomhive, and he also has black fingernails.[3]

Sebastian's demonic form has not been fully revealed. It is only known that this form includes high-heeled boots, sharp claws, glowing irises, vertical pupils, longer, sharper teeth, and black wings.[4][5]

Character Sebastian is Ciel Phantomhive's devoted butler, holding a strong sense of duty to his master and his family. He faithfully follows him and carries out Ciel's every command, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the Phantomhive household. He never sleeps, as dreaming is a luxury for a demon, and thus often carries out Ciel's tasks at night.[6] One of his notable traits is that he always responds to every order or demand from Ciel with the phrase, "Yes, my lord."

Despite Sebastian's outward appearance as a well-mannered and impeccable butler, he is actually a callous, cruel, and sadistic individual. He displays these traits in a very passive and sarcastic manner. He is merciless in battle against those Ciel orders him to attack, such as punching Grell Sutcliff in the face during their battle, as his face is the one thing he values ​​most.[7] His devilish nature is also shown through his dark, sarcastic humor and inability to see the good in anyone.[8] At times, Sebastian acts indifferently.

Joan is a young man with straight, silver hair cut to his chin; strands usually fall over his face, covering one eye. He usually wears the school uniform: a suit, shirt, and tie. After Joan becomes the Scarlet Fox's prefect fag, he begins wearing his dorm flower, a rose, in his buttonhole.

Character Joann was known among college students as a liar[4], and as a result, he suffered from low self-esteem. He was very reserved, made no effort to earn anyone's sympathy, and believed that all he could do was read.[5] Joann was very sensitive, easily breaking down into tears when recalling unfair accusations.[5]

Alistair is a handsome man with lavender eyes and blond locks described as "shining like pure gold."[2]

He is always elegantly dressed, usually wearing a white suit, a plastron tie, boots, a brooch, and white gloves. According to Ciel Phantomhive, Aleister's nephew resembles him in appearance.[1]

Character Aleister is a flamboyant, narcissistic, and overly enthusiastic young man with a penchant for melodrama. He is verbose in his descriptions of the things and people he admires; for example, he calls Ciel, who is dressed as a woman, "little bird" and lavishes him with compliments.[3] The Viscount has an extremely high opinion of himself, and at one point even compares himself to the Emperor Nero, who looks down on the bustle of the Colosseum from above.[4] He is known to be an admirer of the arts and good food,[5][6] and is also fascinated by black magic.[7]

Alistair is unscrupulous; he ran underground auctions where he sold girls, whole or part by part, for ritual sacrifice.[8] Caught in the act, he was able to buy his way out of arrest.[5] Alistair is also a member of the Aurora Society, which conducts illegal experiments on humans.[9]

MacMillan is a short man with freckles across the bridge of his nose. He usually wears a top hat, suit, and tie, as per school regulations. He also wears small round glasses.

Character MacMillan was assigned to the Sapphire Owl dormitory, a testament to his diligence and exceptional intellect. MacMillan greeted Ciel Phantomhive warmly upon his arrival at the college and readily befriended him. He admires the prefects and would like to become one himself in the future.[4]

Clayton is a slender young man with short dark hair and glasses. He most often wears his school uniform: a suit, shirt, and tie.

Clayton acts rather condescendingly towards younger students and is prone to bossing them around, such as when he orders the first-years to line up and the last one in line is given the responsibility of carrying out all the orders of the seniors.[4] He can be quite cunning; his adherence to tradition can be extreme, as when he throws a "welcome party" for Ciel despite the latter's obvious discomfort.[5]

He holds the position of Fag Prefect of the Blue Dorm, which characterizes him as a diligent individual capable of handling a variety of tasks.[6] He assists in distributing assignments from older students and delivering them to younger ones, while showing little tolerance for those who shirk their responsibilities.[7] Although his praise is not easily earned, Clayton acknowledges when a job is truly well done.[8]

Maurice was a graceful young man with bright green eyes and long eyelashes, and his golden hair hung in beautiful curls. He was generally considered the most handsome student at Weston College,[3] but Soma Asman Kadar later discovered that Maurice had used makeup and false eyelashes to achieve his striking appearance.[5]

Like other students at the college, Maurice wears a suit and tie. As a prefect's fag, he wore a rose in his buttonhole as a sign of his status. He also wears his house badge, the Scarlet Fox, on his jacket.

Character Maurice appears friendly and polite to others. He is particularly attentive to his prefect, Edgar Redmond: Maurice serves Edgar tea and prepares desserts, collects data for him, and cheers him on at cricket, all the while taking his compliments for granted.[6][7] At the same time, Maurice does not bother with hard work, fraudulently passing on his responsibilities to other students and taking credit for their work.[8][9] At least four students have fallen victim to Maurice's deliberate deceptions, losing their good names.[10][11] In reality, Maurice is cold-blooded and calculating: he believes that using other people is also a skill. He boasts of his reputation as the most handsome student in college and believes that this justifies his actions.[12]

Feeling jealous of those who are superior to him in some way, Maurice does not hesitate to use dishonest tactics to belittle them. For example, he gives the wrong meeting time at the Swan Pavilion to people who have caught the attention of the prefects and whom they want to get to know better.[13][11] Caught in a lie by Ciel, Maurice, with the help of his assistants, ties him up and prepares to use violence.[14]

As the youngest son in the family, Maurice did not inherit the title. Therefore, he wanted to become prefect of the Scarlet Fox and used every means available to him to win Edgar's favor.[1] When the truth was revealed and Edgar abandoned Maurice, he fell into despair.[15]

The Principal is the head of Weston College. His decisions regarding all matters within the college are final; he has the right to elect prefects, who ensure that school rules are observed, and he has sole authority over the placement of students in dormitories,[1] and he also makes decisions regarding transfers between dormitories.[2]

In 1889, when Ciel Phantomhive entered Weston College, the headmaster was away on a trip around the world and was not expected to return until autumn. Taking advantage of the headmaster's absence, Undertaker took over his position.[3] While posing as the director, Undertaker wore a top hat that almost completely covered his face, an elegant black suit, and white gloves.

Herman is a self-respecting young man who excels in sports and exercises with dumbbells as a hobby in his free time.[6]

He is very strict with his subordinates and expects them to live up to his expectations, such as speaking loudly and confidently.[7] At the same time, he trusts his subordinates, such as listening to Edward Midford's opinions about Ciel.[8]

Edgar Redmond is a young man with scarlet eyes and long blond hair tied with a red ribbon. According to Ciel, Edgar resembles his uncle in appearance.[1]

As the prefect of the Scarlet Fox, Edgar usually wore a scarlet vest with the badge of his dormitory, and a scarlet rose in his buttonhole.[6] After his expulsion from college, Edgar became Edgar - a friendly and sociable young man, who, upon his first appearance, advises Ciel to more carefully observe the rules of the school.[8] As the head of the Scarlet Fox, whose students are distinguished by noble origins, he pays great attention to appearances, for example, straightening Ciel's crooked tie.[

Lawrence is a serious and principled young man. He is highly intelligent. He is capable of making complex calculations and making detailed plans in a flash.[10] He strictly enforces the rules and often admonishes those who break them, as he quoted a college rule to Ciel Phantomhive when he stepped on the grass.[5] He also quoted a college rule to Edgar Redmond when he addressed him by name.[11] He is a loyal friend and, like the rest of his friends, did not abandon Greenhill. Lawrence is a pale young man with blue eyes. He has straight, grey-blue hair cut in a bob. He wears glasses.

Lawrence's casual attire consists primarily of a light blue jacket. He wears a light blue vest, a badge with the Sapphire Owl emblem on his breast pocket, and a flower.

Gregory is a rather quiet and reserved young man. He dislikes bright sunlight[7] and hates dancing, explaining that it makes him dizzy[8]. He is exceptionally gifted in the arts.

Gregory often behaves eccentrically. For example, he forced Herman Greenhill to stand for a long time in an awkward position while he drew things completely unrelated to his model.[9] He also once mixed drinks and then blew bubbles in the cup containing the mixture.[10] Gregory Violet is a pale young man with violet eyes. He has shoulder-length black hair, a few strands of which are bleached. He wears gothic makeup, including dark eyeshadow, black lipstick, and black nail polish.

As a prefect, Gregory wears a purple waistcoat and a hooded cloak that covers most of his face, with the Purple Wolf emblem on the breast pocket. He wears a purple dahlia in his buttonhole as a symbol of his dormitory.
