She is the third member of the Phantom Troupe (Gen'ei Ryodan). Originally from Meteor City, she is known for her unwavering loyalty to her leader, Chrollo Lucifer. Her name is a phonetic pun in Japanese. She is cold, serious, and highly intuitive. She rarely loses her composure, has a very direct manner, and is one of the few people Uvogin respected and listened to. She often acts as the group's healer and "seamstress," using her skill to reassemble limbs and save the lives of her companions.

Although she is petite and short, her strength far surpasses human limits. Furthermore, she possesses exceptional muscle control, superhuman pain tolerance, and a nearly infallible precognitive instinct.

Her ability is to transmute her aura into extremely strong threads that she can shape, cut, and manipulate at will. Her main abilities include: Nen Thread Suturing: She can use her threads to "stitch" torn body tissue together. She is able to perfectly join muscles, nerves, and even reattach amputated limbs or repair internal organs almost instantly. Thread Strength and Durability: The strength of the threads is directly proportional to their length. The shorter they are, the more weight they can support (a 1-meter thread can lift up to 1,000 kg). If they are separated from Machi, they lose effectiveness, but while connected, they are nearly unbreakable.
