This weapons depot was state-funded, and Reze was expected to become the ideal soldier for the Soviet Union. It was likely within the walls of this place that Reze became a hybrid bomb demon.

The choker is actually the pull-ring mechanism for his transformation into the Bomb Devil. If it’s pulled, he transforms. While transformed (as the Bomb Devil), his body becomes covered in black explosive armor, and his head takes the shape of an aerial bomb with numerous spikes and a pull-ring on top.

Around his neck, he always wears a thick, plain black fabric choker. He never takes it off, and he handles it with noticeable caution.

While at work: He wears the standard cafe uniform: a white, short-sleeved button-up shirt and a dark apron tied neatly around his waist.
