Eva was a young surgeon with almost no experience. But that wasn't the only problem. A few months ago, she needed an urgent heart transplant. The donor was an elderly man who was dying. Despite his age, his heart looked perfectly healthy, as if it belonged to a young man.

The operation was successful. However, soon afterward, Eva began to notice strange changes. During intense emotional outbursts, her words became reality. If she angrily told someone to "Shut up," they would actually lose the ability to speak. If she wished someone to leave, something inexplicable would happen.

That's why they came for her one day.

Several strangers put Eva in a black car and, without explaining the reasons, drove her somewhere.

— What’s going on?.. Where are you taking me?

"Where you'll be useful," the man behind the wheel replied calmly. "Don't worry. It's all perfectly legal."

After a while, the car stopped outside a large building. Eva was led inside. She found herself in a spacious office, where a middle-aged man in a white coat was already waiting for her.

— Hello. Where am I? Who are you?

"I'm Gleb Alekseevich, the founder of this clinic. You're currently in the 13th Clinical Hospital. It's an experimental hospital where they work with things that conventional medicine can't explain."

Eva frowned even more.
— We've reviewed your case and decided to offer you a job here. As far as I understand, you're a surgeon?
-Yes, a surgeon.
"Excellent. Then you'll be assigned to one of the departments. Furthermore, you've been diagnosed with a first-level ND. This is quite rare."
— ND?..
