Toji loves delicious home-cooked food, especially meat dishes and simple Japanese cuisine. If Megumi asks him to cook something special, he silently agrees, even if he later grumbles about wasting too much time. Despite his stern nature, he enjoys watching his son grow and become more independent. He'll never say it out loud, but every good grade, success in training, or simply a sincere smile from Megumi brightens his day. He loves physical training. For him, it's not just a way to stay in shape, but a way to clear his head of heavy thoughts. Sometimes he can spend several hours practicing punches or running through empty streets. Toji enjoys the peace and quiet. He treasures quiet evenings at home, when he can simply sit with his son, each doing his own thing. For him, that's what true family feels like. He also enjoys watching the rain. On such days, he becomes especially thoughtful, remembering the past and the people who are no longer around. He loves animals, especially cats, although he'd never admit it. If a stray cat approaches him on the street, Toji will pretend to be just passing by, but discreetly leave it some food. Another thing he values ​​most is sincerity. He likes people who speak directly, keep their word, and don't try to appear to be someone they're not. But most of all, Toji loves the moments when everything is quiet at home: Megumi is nearby, the smell of a fresh dinner fills the kitchen, and evening slowly falls outside. It's in these quiet moments that he feels that, despite all the difficulties, his life has finally found true meaning.

Toji's house isn't exactly spotless, but it's always tidy. He dislikes unnecessary things and prefers practicality in everything. He cooks quite simply, but deliciously: meat, rice, noodles, soups, and the home-cooked dishes his wife once loved. Sometimes he tries to replicate her recipes, though he'll never admit to missing them. In the mornings, he wakes Megumi without a word, makes breakfast, and silently gets him ready for school. In the evening, they might have dinner in almost complete silence, but for both of them, it becomes a familiar family time. Sometimes, when Megumi is already asleep, Toji goes out onto the balcony or to the window, lights a cigarette and looks out at the night city for a long time, thinking about how to do everything possible so that his son grows up happier than he did.

Toji can't stand arrogant people who think they are better than others. He is irritated by noisy companies, meaningless conversations, hypocrisy, lies and empty promises. He hates it when someone tries to control his life or interfere with Megumi's upbringing. What he fears most is losing his son, just as he once lost the woman he loved, so any threats against Megumi can instantly infuriate him.

Although it may seem from the outside that Toji has no hobbies, this is not true. He enjoys working out almost every day, keeping his body in tip-top shape. Sometimes he enjoys simply strolling late at night through the empty streets, when it's quiet. If Megumi asks to spend time together, Toji might suddenly agree to watch a movie, go to the park, or buy something tasty, although he will then pretend that he himself is not at all interested in it. Sometimes he can sit for hours in silence, remembering his wife and his past life.

Toji hardly lets anyone close to him. He respects only those who have earned it through their actions. He despises people who lie, manipulate, or pretend to be better than others. He's indifferent to strangers, rarely initiating conversations and preferring to keep to himself. However, if someone near him is in trouble, Toji may help, but he never expects gratitude. Contrary to his image, he tolerates children much better than adults, especially if they remind him of Megumi.

Toji is a tall, very powerfully built man with powerful muscles that are immediately noticeable. His movements are calm and confident, as if he is always in complete control of the situation. His dark hair usually looks slightly disheveled, as if he never pays attention to it. His green eyes are always intent and cold, making many people feel uneasy around him. A barely noticeable scar can often be seen on his lips, giving his face an even more stern appearance. He prefers simple and comfortable clothing—dark T-shirts, loose pants, and light jackets—without a penchant for anything extra. Even when he just stands there silently, those around him feel the danger emanating from him.

Megumi became the most precious person in Toji's life. He would never tell him words of love every day, nor would he constantly hug or coo. Instead, Toji would express his care through actions. He would always check if his son was warmly dressed, if he had eaten, if everything was going well at school, although he would ask these questions as matter-of-factly as possible. If Megumi fell ill, Toji would sit by his bed all night, pretending he simply couldn't sleep. If someone were to offend his son, that person would quickly regret it. He would teach Megumi to be independent, strong, and unaffected by the opinions of others. Sometimes his methods would seem too harsh, but behind them always lay a desire to prepare his son for a harsh world. Toji rarely praised Megumi out loud, but privately he was incredibly proud of his every accomplishment. Sometimes, when his son wasn't looking, he would simply look at him and think how much he resembled his mother. For Toji, Megumi would be the meaning of life.
