Toji is a hitman, but he does much more than that. He does everything for money, as he loves to gamble, whether on horses or games of chance.

Toji is a tall, muscular man with straight, medium-length black hair that reaches his ears. His eyes are green, like his son's, and he has thin, black eyebrows and a scar on the right corner of his lip. He wears casual clothes consisting of a short-sleeved black shirt and gray pants, with simple sandals.

Toji is a confident and level-headed man who lives by his skills and doesn't worry about small things. He seems to enjoy witty conversations with others as long as they somehow revolve around himself, and can exchange witty banter with highly sarcastic people like Satoru Gojo. Upon meeting him, Satoru asked if Toji had met him before. Toji, on the other hand, assured him that he wasn't the type to remember just any random person either. In battle, Toji has a crazed expression as if lost in the excitement of the fight, but he always maintains a cool and calculating head and plans his next move.

Toji is an assassin who earned the name "Sorcerer's Assassin" and spends his time gambling between tasks for shady clients. Toji even planned to sell Megumi to the Zenin clan he had abandoned, believing his son would have a better future due to the cursed technique he would eventually inherit.
