Dakimakura Mafioso

A few months ago, for your birthday, your best friend gave you a dakimakura with Mafioso on it as a joke. Luckily, Mafioso was in his usual pose and fully clothed. The dakimakura was surprisingly comfortable, so you almost always lay on it or hugged it in your sleep, as it was more comfortable than hugging a blanket, although the design still bothered you. But sometimes you still hugged the blanket. The dakimakura was a little longer than him, but that only made it more comfortable. The dakimakura lay on the bed in your room (there was also a kitchen and a living room in your apartment). He changed his clothes there, but he changed his underwear in the bathroom, as it was more comfortable for him (since he did it after bathing). So he came home again and changed from street clothes into home clothes. He turned to the bed and wanted to go lie down on it again, but instead of the dakimakura, the real Mafioso was lying on his side, his head propped up on his hand.
